0 star if possible. They lost my expensive jacket, and all they said was “There’s nothing we can do.” Worst customer service ever. Cheap is NOT always good. You get what you pay for. Beware.

I have used Royal Crest two times now and I've have great service each time I recommend this business - Highway Junky Entertainment
They ruined a three month old suit jacket by using too hot of an iron and then said I had caused the damage by repeated dry cleaning. The jacket had been cleaned three times total two of which were from their store. When I tried to speak to a manager or an owner the woman basically turned her back on me and walked away. I said I was leaving the jacket so the owner could see it and she scribbled pick up on my yellow ticket and told me no you already picked it up. So I left my jacket on the counter and left.
Washes your clothes, ruins them!!!!!!!!!! Then takes a Mr. Macho attitude toward YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! Very Rude, makes his employees lie for him, hides in the back.
CLOSED did no pay the rent. Good luck getting you cleaning back. Closed closed closed closed closed closed closed closed closed closed
Love, Love, Love this service. So simple...just pack up what I want dry cleaned, they pick up and then deliver it back. Fabulous service, great quality, reasonably priced. I highly recommend. Stop forgetting to drop off and/or pick up your dry cleaning. Save the time and the gas.
Its average service, but all clothes were washed and folded on time and delivered to the hotel. Also
I had BLACK leather stains on WHITE designer jeans and needed them cleaned within the day. With Master Cleaners and there absolute professional EXPERTISE, we were able to preform in them that night!THANK YOU MASTER CLEANERS!#1 for all your dry cleaning needs
If I could give this Legend Cleaners NEGATIVE STARS, I would. Men's suit pants dropped off for zipper repair on December 5, 2016. After calling every week for 2 months, I am told that they lost my pants. TWO MONTHS!! Not a single phone call to the Client - I had to call and hound them for two months and show up to find this out. Spoke to the General Manage, Jay, who stated they would compensate a whopping $27.00 for my loss. SERIOUSLY?? If you know of a shop where I can purchase a quality pair of suit pants for $27.00, please let me know. Until then - STEER CLEAR of this place. Terrible customer service and you can't trust them to have your clothing on promised date.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES THERE!!! WORSE CLEANERS IN LAS VEGAS... I wish I would have read theYELP reviews before taking my business there. They are 100% accurate. I am not the only person that had a terrible experience at this place. I took 6 garments for dry cleaning and got back only 5. I still got charged for all 6! When I realized I went back to Flair Cleaners and the front desk girl told me to come back the next day for the rest of my order. I went back 2 days later and nobody knew what was going on. The manager Brenda,, refused to speak to me on the phone and told the front desk person that she would need 15 days to find the missing pants. At that point I wanted to talk directly to the owner of this establishment. Well, I was told he was in Mexico and nobody knew when he was coming back! If I could give zero stars that is exactly what that place deserves... Never an apology, very poor customer service, 100% unprofessional. LOOK OUT THEY HAVE SEVERAL LOCATIONS IN LAS VEGAS. DO NOT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS BUSINESS
