This place sucks! The people who work their always seem so mad. I asked one of them a question and she hesitated to answer. I don't recommend this place.

My mail delivery service went from mediocre, to horrible! For the cost of mailing stuff nowadays, this service stinks! We used to get mail fairly early in the day, usually around 1pm. I'd rather get it in the morning, but 1pm wasn't too bad. Now we don't get our mail until late afternoon! Who wants to read their mail with their dinner? It all depends on the carrier, but this latest one is the pits, the best one, a man, I guess he retired.

This branch has messed up 4 hold mail requests of mine in less than 2 years. The first three times they delivered mail when it was stopped. So the fourth time I posted the notice of mail hold in my mailbox. But they did not deliver mail on at the resume date. The next day was Sunday followed by a holiday. And then, did I get 10 days of held mail on Tuesday? NO. I got Tuesday's mail after 5:30 p.m. Tried to call the PO but of course they close at 5 o'clock. And this is what we are paying even higher postage rates for? This location needs to be closed and this agency needs to be privatized.
