United Carpet Cleaning

These are Israeli immigrants. They should go back to the circus they came from. They show up using only water on your carpet theatrical pretending to do something. Then they try to upsell you chemical cleaning as if you're supposed to believe they will do some work the second time around. The guy on the phone says," hey you sound like a smart guy I will sell you chemicals for blah blah blah" as if he thinks I need him to judge my intelligence. It would be more beneficial for them to judge their own lack of intelligence. I got the impression they are in the business of preying on the weak minded.

Customer service is horrible. They didn't even make it out to my home after dealing with the rude rep that answers the phone. I scheduled online for SUNDAY. Received a call minutes after booking online confirming my appointment for SUNDAY morning between 8am-11am only to call SUNDAY at 1230p checking if someone was in route. The rude girl that answered the phone sayd they have me for tomorrow (MONDAY). I explain I reserved for SUNDAY which she confirms again after looking up my booking from online. Then she proceeds to tell me "well they put it in for MONDAY and I do not have anyone to come today." It Would have not been an issue for me to reschedule for next weekend over a simple mistake but I was not giving my money to a business that talks to their customers that way (and considering I waisted almost half a day waiting for someone to arrive). I asked her to cancel for tomorrow because I will not be doing business with them and she says ok quickly and tries to hang up on me.

they were there quick, but just to give me a very disappointed deal, was the worth carpet cleaning I ever had done, and I feel like I got robber and they were asking for more money. I just wanted them out of house.

I give them zero BC they basically sole money from me and did no service and then had THE WORST CUSTOMER service. Don't work with them they are liars!!!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - they came out and did not even finish the job that was promised... I had paid for everything, and trusted the technician to do everything as expected. It was not done, and I called to speak with the supervisor for them to re do the job, and he said that we would have to pay for it. I have to pay again for a service that was not completed in the first place?? Ridiculous... Also Tony the technician spoke to his supervisor over the phone when discussing prices, and told the supervisor we had a large house and we could afford to pay for the services. That is NOT the way you should determine service prices... It makes me think that this entire company has that type of mentality, just trying to take as much as they can get and do as little as possible. I do not recommend this company to anyone!

When i called a girl named Fallon answered. I told her the house that I needed cleaned had no power.So of course Fallon didn't tell the people in the field and they came with a van that needed a powers source. So I rescheduled for the next day. Wouldn't you know Fallon calls me up the next day 1 hr before appointment and tells me there is nobody working today that has the proper vehicle. All I gotta say is this place is a joke. Wasted my time and cost me 1100 dollars cause I was on a deadline to rent the house. Thanks Fallon

Says $59 for 3 rooms online and don't tell you how much chemicals cost until they get to your door and want to charge you $400 wouldn't hire them again to do the service very poorly done....
