have used service for at least 7 years we keep all records of service.Today daughter brought one of our vehicles in for oil change and headlight repair/replace. not only was light not repaired/replaced they charged us for it and told us needed shocks fixed she told them only ever serviced here "sorry we have no record of shock repair so must have been done elsewhere and they used bad shocks" after search of records at home was done HERE 5/28 so my advice check ALL work before leaving and keep invoices better yet find reputable service center cant recommend warm springs location any longer
I have been to this service center 5 times to fix a problem. 5 TIMES!!! I had a shake in my steering wheel so I looked on Yelp and found all these good reviews about this store. So I went there and asked if they could take a look. They stated I needed a wheel balance and alignment. Ok done, after $200, I get my car back and still shaking. So I go back and then it was my tires. I saw my tires had a issue so I had them replaced, $1200. Still a shake, so I bring it back again and now it was my brakes. So I replace the brakes, $800. I get my car back and still shaking. I take it back again and now my rim is bent so they say. Now I am not a expert in auto mechanics but nor am I rookie. I went to the dealership to see what was wrong as I should of done from the start but dealerships are way overpriced but since I have an Audi. They tell me brakes were not done properly and new brakes had to be replaced as they were glazed over and alignment was not done properly. After dealership takes my car, MIRACULOUSLY, my car is perfect. no issues. They tell me that a proper wheel balancing and alignment would of fixed the issue. After this, I contact this shop and let them know the problem and how it was resolved by dealership and what was done wrong. They tell me nothing they can do and since I had it fixed by someone else the warranty is null and void. What? You mess up my car more than it was and charge me crazy amount of $$ and when someone else fixes the problem now you are not responsible. What a piece of garbage!! BEWARE this place is not experienced enough to handle situations. A simple job turned into way more than it should have. They have un-experienced people working there and charge for services not rendered. I will make sure EVERY SOCIAL NETWORK gets this info and the BBB as well.
I left my 2005 Kia Sedona with Goodyear when my engine died; they said they would replace the engine and would have it done in 4 days. However, it took 10 days. They never called me during that time, and every time I called THEM, they would say that it SHOULD be done the next day. WITHIN A WEEK after the engine was replaced, more problems emerged. I couldn't get the key out of the ignition switch properly, shifting gears was difficult, the heater blew in cold air, and the car made a squealing sound every time I steered left and right, which was also very hard to do. They fixed all the problems EXCEPT for the heater problem, which they said had nothing to do with the engine so they would have to charge seperately. However, my heater was totally fine before the engine was replaced. I'm really suspicious of their mechanical work on my car, and I'm concerned about how safe my car is now. I lost a lot of my trust in Goodyear thanks to this experience.
