The technician # 0002212 was the best. I have seen him before. He showed me how to empty the extra water from the water softener by bypassing the water filling stage on the regeneration cycle. He is awesome. He is patient, kind, and very experienced. I think his old age helps in having better manners and being nice to people.

The tech did nothing on the 1st visit. Icemaker was not working he said I needed a plumber because my water valve was not working. I have an RO system and the valve for water to the fridge is located under my sink. He never turned it on to check the problem. I called Sears again and the same tech returned. I told him about the water valve and he stated that Sears doesn't allow them to turn on valves under the sink. My husband turned it on, the tech began to repair the water lines in the fridge and told us that it was an easy fix. It was, until he broke the connection valve for the main hook up to fridge. He lied and said that water would not come through because the part was damaged inside. The replacement part cost us $149 so the repair could be completed. Water does come through however it leaks beneath the fridge because the connection doesn't fit properly because the tech broke it. He has to come back a 3rd time to fix what he damaged. Sears does not stand behind their work.

Terrible customer service! The repairman Sears sent to fix my stove was awful. He talked to me like I broke my stove on purpose by messing around with it (which I didn't). He spent more time messing around in his van than fixing my stove! Sorry, but I won't be calling Sears for any future repairs.

Absolutely the worst!!! 4 weeks without a washer after I wasted my money on the extended warranty. They fail to stand behind their products and let you down at every turn. To make a long story short, I regret that I gave my business to Sears! Please take your business elsewhere!!!

Dealing with Sears Customer Service to get my water heater replaced under warranty has been a nightmare, with the one exception of Water Heater Sales (both people named Brittney) who apparently understand good customer service. Apparently, there is no single customer service agent who is able to handle issues. Phone numbers that were given to me by Sears plumber and in e-mails are wrong. I had to take the initiative to call on Sears Cust. Svc. and their plumbing contractor several times to get the work scheduled and make a second visit to repair a leak. The plumber also charged me for work that according to Sears was included in the original price I paid. So I now need to take action to get a refund. I'm not a happy camper!

I had a problem with my LG front load washer. It would not drain the water because it was clogged from the remnants of a floor rug. The technician that came out was totally professional and took the machine completely apart to clear the drain hose that was inside of the machine. He was amazing and I learned allot about what was inside of my front load machine. I really appreciate my technician that came out. This is the first time that I could rate very high on a service call.

We have been working with a Warranty Company, not Sears, to fix our LG Refrigerator. After three months of excuses we called Sears. From the first call through both home visits, first to diagnose the problem, second to install parts Sears was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for more professional courteous care. Our Refrigerator is working great and the techs who came to our house were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. We canceled our other warranty and bought our service program through Sears again. Great to be back with Sears.

I'm surprised you would even asked me to do a survey seeing I had to voice a complaint about the rude manner we had to endure with the service tech. The job was not done because we couldn't last with the attitude of the tech. Very disappointing. The reason I called Sears is because you used to be good. Now with everything automated, the repair order gets lost in translation. Too bad.
