S&M Body Shop did an excellent job on my car, Johnny was very professional and helpful. He updated me every now and then with the status of my car. He likewise demonstrated great customer service.

ABOVE AND BEYOND! This was the first time I have ever been to a collision specialist. I have never been in an accident before, and I got in a fender-bender that bent my front panel so much the front door couldn't open, and of course the lamp was busted. It was nasty, especially because the car is leased. I thought for sure that it would never look like new again. I did a lot of research online and S&M looked the best, and they were. I took the car in for an estimate and even though they were busy they took the time to explain every step of the process to me, they explained how to manage things with my insurance, and they even gave me advice on what kind of insurance is easiest to deal with. I couldn't believe how helpful they were. They answered all my questions, and all I had to do was leave the car there, tell the insurance where it was, and that was it. They took care of the rest. I just came back when it was finished, paid my insurance deductible, and drove away in a brand new looking car. Not only had they fixed it to perfection, but it actually looked better than when I first leased it because they had it washed and waxed to a shine. I would go there just for detailing if they offered it, the car looked so nice. I was amazed! Highest possible recommendation!

Johnny and his staff at S&M are the best in Las Vegas and the most professional i've ever come across. I was in an accident Johnny told me to bring the car down and he would make sure the car gets fixed and would deal with my insurance company. Sure enough a couple days later my insurance claim rep called and said they we're going to get my car fixed right.

Johnny and his team told me a date my car would be done and actually finished a day ahead of schedule. My car looked brand new, the work was flawless.

There are a lot of auto shops that can repair cars for cheap but S&M goes the extra mile to make sure it's repaired or replaced correctly, always keeping the customer in the loop, and in a timely manner.

I def. recommend any car needs, go to S&M They also tinted my windows on a previous visit and my car looks great now.

Price: I got two different quotes for my car. The other place quoted me a way higher price than s&m did.

Professional: They give you a free quote Everyone is friendly, nice, straight forward. No one gives you the run around and there was no hassle. The place is nice and clean.

Johnny took my ordinary Vette and stripped it down . He put in wide body quarter panels and shaved all my logos. He mixed custom Italian blue pearl into a custom cream white and created the most beautiful eye catching paint job I've seen in a long time. He definitely made my car "car show quality" and I am very proud of what he has done .

Very seldom you find a place that you can say is one of a kind. This is the place. The owner Steve has done a fantastic job running his business. I have never found a paint shop that truly does an outstanding job. My car looks like the car I drove off the lot when I brought it brand new.

I ended up going with S&M to fix my car and I'm glad I made that choice. My car was fixed in no time and it looked brand new!
