Great Hotel, very bad and unprofessional service. I was there on february 11th and 12th, we got there at 2:30pm we went to customer service to check in the rooms were not available the customer service representative too our phone number to call us when room are available. He says it should take too long, we waited until 5:35pm no one called us, so we went to customer service desk and the room still not ready, no simpty from the customer service guys, and no one was opologetic. Even when we called the suppervisor she was worst than the rest of them kept going in circle with her, and she kept repeating the same thing, diffending her guys.

Fantasy Tower at the resort with Party Floors is just wonderful. And the recording studio for bands and pop stars! Nice to stay at the suites near the Party Floor.

I stayed there from 11/18-11/21 and loved it and the Spa. The view was amazing as well on the 25th floor. Chantell

Awesome

I loved this place. We had so much fun staying here. The people at the front desk were super nice and sweet and helped us in figuring out how to get around town and where to go. Our room was a great size and it was really cheap. (Off season, or course) I've never stayed here before, but I'll totally stay here again!

The Coolest, Funnest Resort

You walk through the front doors, great young atmosphere and music. The check-in is a few steps away and the elevator to your room is only a few more. In other words, this place isn't running you halfway across the planet by slot machines or past restaurants just to get to your room. Other resorts process you. This place pleases you; from the great-looking staff at check-in, at the tables, in the bars and at the pool to the great restaurants (definitely try Little Bhudda - the best apps and atmosphere!). I love this place. If your looking for brilliant gold fixtures, statues and water fountains, not to mention same-as-everybody-else service...don't come. If you want a place that makes you happy, energized and satisfied...the Palms is it.

Horrible experience

Management is unprofessional and discriminatory. The people at the hotel refused to acknowledge my reservation despite credit card confirmation.

great video poker

Palms has some of the best video poker in the city. Full pay dueces wild is the best there is even though you could still lose a lot of money.

A little overated

Nice casino but it tries to please both the locals and tourists and that's hard to do. The rooms are very nice and the restaurants are very modest in price. The nights, however belong to the under 30 crowd. We enjoy gambling their during the days much better

Better than average

So the good things about this place are the Ghost Bar, the Playboy store, and the fantasy suites. Other than that it is still to me just another nice looking hotel and casino. I know it's like THE trendy place to go for singles and young people, but I don't see too much special about it. I only go there when some of my friends beg me to go and check it out. I'm not saying it's bad by any means, it's just a little bit better than ok.

I GOT THE DEAL OF A LIFE TIME!!!

i can only judge from what i got for $60.00 a night, and i am sure that this wont ever happen again, but they put me in a HUGE suite!! i mean really huge, a good 2500 sf! two full sized bathrooms huge bed room , huge living room , 8 people could have stayed here no problem and i was by my self! every thing was really nice the 800 thread count linnens, the top of the line bath room products big screen tv's (two of them) the nice bath robes, top of the line all the way, one problem the first night i was there was the neon sign was right out side one of my windows and it was making a buzzing sound that kept me up, but i told them about it and they fixed it.sure it is a very young and loud crowd, and if you are over 30 you feel a little out of place but my room was fantastic!!

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed here for valentines and loved our room so much. They put us on the very top floor and the views were incredible.

VERY comfortable beds and quiet considering most the people that stay here are in their 20's-30's.

Easy parking, great slots, and a smaller casino so it doesn't take you an hour to get to one side from the other! I will be coming back here again :)

for the most part good........but

the waitress service on the floor was horrible! not the fault of the girls, just too much ground to have to cover.we played slots on the south side where 1 girl was covering the whole area.i got 1 drink in 3 hours the first nite and the 2nd nite went to the north side where there were more girls, and was able to get 2 drinks in 3 hours.unless your playing the tables don't expect to get much service on the slots

Palms Rocks

We arrived and to our suprise the hot chick at the desk told us it was our lucky day, and she was upgrading us & our buddy to a suite (in place of our delux room that we paid $80 a night for). Casino was not busy the first night, but night # 2 was. It was awesome. Then our friend hooked up with a chick that told us how to get into a private party at the skin lounge with an open bar, and then tranferr to rain (after a little flirting with the bouncer) with no cover. We got sloppy drunk for free. The night was good. Will definently stay here again!

Palms was Awesome

The place was the perfect size. No losing any members of your crowd. The staff, dealers, pit bosses were all VERY pleasant and helpful. I didn't see one child in the hotel, which made for a nice experience. Young crowd. The pool scene was perfect and the food was very good. Top 40 music and great looking cocktail waitresses finished off the pleasurable experience. Rain and Ghostbar were a great time, but tip the bouncers early so you don't get stuck drinking in line for 2 hours.

Best beds youll ever sleep in

The most comfortable beds on the planet, rooms are about average Vegas size. Decor is modern hip.
Was there for New Years - Room service was fast, maintainence was fast, all staff was friendly.
Smaller hotel/casino so its easy to find people if you get seperated, but not too small.
Definitely recommend a stay there.
Did I mention this place is crawling with women?

The best little resort in town

The Palms is definately the place for the 20's and 30's crowd. It's not hug like the other big name resorts, but it offers all of the amenities of them. The casino area is the perfect size, and they have many black jack tables (my game of choice). They always pay Top 40 music through out the hotel and have great food. And for those who have kids, they have Kid's Quest childcare center and 14 screen movie theater. My wife says they have a wonderful spa. They have very nice rooms where you can even hook up an Xbox system for the kids!

Skip it!

The place is a joke! The no-theme theme is lame, and the people all look like they just got off a tour bus from the midwest. Having the ""Real World"" and MTV spend so much time there has made the place busier, but has ruined any sense of style it was going for. The shiny-shirt wearing guys and sorry girls do seem to get along, but if you've been to Vegas before, and are not amused with bachelor parties and kids experiencing the taste (and buzz) beer of the first time, stay away. There is nothing new here, and you will end up walking in, looking around, shaking your head in disbelief...and running back out the door.
