WORST DENTIST EVER!!! HORRIBLE STAFF Josh and Manny are the worst EXTREMELY RUDE!!! they both claim to be the managers LOL Im pushing 50 years old and ive never been to such a horrible dentist office!!! they should not even have a licence!!! i used them three years ago i paid a few hundred to fix a tooth they billed me a few more hundred it broke shortly after they did the work they said they would take off my bill and give me a discount on what should have been a root canal but they but me in collections anyway when i recently went there again they said they were taking off $400 off what should have been a root canal to begin with!! BE VERY CAREFULL THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY THEY PUT LARGER BILLS THEN WHAT YOU AGREE TO EVEN IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE AND THEY SOMETIMES TRY TO COLLECT PAYMENT UPFRONT EVEN IF THEY DONT THEY MAY STILL BILL YOU!!! THEY HAVE ANOTHER WHAT THEY CALL A SISTER COMPANYS THEY PUT A $750 BILL ON ME FOR JUST AN EXAM WHEN THEY SAID IT WAS FREE WITH MY DENTAL INSURANCE PLAN AND ON THERE WINDOW IT SAYS ONLY $49 !!!
I've been a patient here for a couple years, and decided to have my wisdom teeth removed last week. Honestly, it's been the worst experience I've had dealing with a dental office.
Lack of organization, communication with patients and poor customer service was disappointing. I had a SCHEDULED surgery only to sit and wait for over 40 minutes. When I finally grew tired of waiting, I went to the front desk to inquire about the delay. Shortly after the office manager told the front office person to "put them in this room, the patients don't need to hear this". Totally unprofessional and rude.
If it were an organized office and the glucose monitor was required, we could have ran across the street to Smith's and get it while we waited OVER 40 minutes! The office manager then began to blame us for not bringing a glucose monitor (even though I was never told to bring one!) Apparently, the doc's were running behind schedule anyway (never informed of that either). If there was more communication with patients, this would not be an issue. The staff called 3 times prior to appointment and said it was OK NOT to bring monitor. Who schedules a surgery for a diabetic patient who is required to fast all day at 2pm anyway? Those patients are usually scheduled in the morning!
I hope the dentists in this practice realize the poor front office management here and re train the front office manager. She was extremely unprofessional and we are very disappointed in the level of service. Save yourself the grief and look elsewhere.!

Yesterday's visit was my first with this office. My Daughter uses Shadow Mtn & we have both been to Rock Springs so I knew I would be treated well, but I was worried going in as I get VERY nervous due to needles, but yesterday was fabulous Ana, Amos, Dr Radmall & Tina, were ALL so very nice & helpful not once did I get anxious & the Dr was so gentle I did NOT even feel the needle.YAY
Everyone in the office was courteous & smiling. The office was clean & I was taken care of very quickly. I had chosen this office due to location & I am so pleased that I did, I had such a great experience. Thank you to everyone in the office, for making me feel so comfortable & relaxed.
