Like everyone else, I've hated to get my car fixed for the past 50 years.. Always seems more expensive and with extra stuff.

I've been a customer of your Meineke site at 1860 E Serene Ave. Las Vegas for about a year. The two managers, Dustin and Paul are excellent in every way. I will recommend them using their names to everyone I know.

After arriving at this location in a panic after the alternator belt unexpectedly snapped off, I was met by Jim, who immediately diagnosed the problem and got the car into the shop for repair. He and Robert share the customer service desk and, although it was a busy day in the shop, they were very organized, personable and made sure everyone was kept appraised of the progress on their cars. Because of the obvious wear on the serpentine belt, Jim recommended that we have that belt changed out at the same time to prevent another unexpected breakdown and for the nominal price of that belt, saved us alot of money. I recommend this shop highly and will now use this as our full car maintenance facility for all of our vehicles. Thanks Jim and Robert!!
