Overall
Service

The worst customer service ever. Please boycott these discriminating bigots who refused us service and rudly asked us to leave "my store". I am assuming it was the new owner.

Overall
Unfriendly, discourteous, rude...

Unfriendly, discourteous, rude, disrespectful, and OFFENSIVE…stay away from this slimy, low budget, back alley operation! While doing business with a neighboring establishment, I unwittingly walked into "Mail Zone" to inquire about one of their services and possibly open an account. BIG MISTAKE! I was greeted by a fast talking girl who initially answered some of my questions, albeit with a smirk on her face and an impatient attitude. A moment later in walks a short, hostile looking man wearing glasses of seemingly Indian descent, apparently named "Sam," who I assume to be the owner. He did not greet me or even acknowledge my presence. Over the course of 3 minutes, and after politely and innocently asking the girl several questions to better understand how their service and pricing structure worked, "Sam," from across the room, became belligerent, arrogant, and outright INSULTING telling me to leave and take my business elsewhere to any of his neighboring competitors! At first I thought he was joking and couldn't possibly be serious so I didn't know how to react; but, I quickly realized that he actually ASSAULTING me with his obnoxious, arrogant, and condescending attitude (give me a break, this guy owns a grungy mail box store!) because, apparently, he thought I was asking too many questions. His attitude was that of someone who thinks he's doing you a favor by allowing you to do business with him. He was obviously offended and alarmed that someone dare ask a few questions about his services which suggests that there may be more going on behind the scenes at this “business” than meets the eye…either that or they know they’re going out of business soon anyway and don’t care (I’m sure glad I didn’t waste the $180 I was about to spend on a 1 year service contract at this dump!) These people are beyond creepy and I would severely caution anyone against even thinking of doing ANY business here. This is a story I will surely tell all of my local friends and business contacts for years to come and is a classic, textbook example of how NOT to do business and treat customers in America (obviously NOT dealing with Wharton Business School graduates here.) These clowns are not trustworthy business people operating with American values and they do not deserve your business folks, BEWARE!

Note: The 3 positive reviews on this site have clearly been left by the owners.

very kind

I went to a Wells Fargo bank just the other day with my son to have a document notarized. We were out on other errands that day so we didn't go to the usual bank next to my place. Unfortunately for us, that bank didnt have a notary on hand but an associate told me to hang on. So I thought to myself 'okay they'll figure something out'. It gets so hard for me to get in and out of my car (mind you, I just got out of a minor surgery, and although I can walk, it takes me a while because I can still feel a pinch of pain here and there) that if they could do something for me, it would be great. Apparently they contacted the manager of a store right across the parking lot who just so happened to be a notary. The Wells Fargo associate explained my situation and the notary was happy to come down and help me out. Sam, i think was his name and he ran a store called Mail Zone. He informed me that he usually charges a small fee but he decided that he wouldnt charge me. Maybe he felt bad for me in my current condition. Anyways, despite all that, I was very happpy and I didnt quite get to show my gratitute as my son and I were in a rush. Just want to say thank you to that old man. It was very kind and I appreciate the help very much.
