February 19, 2018 I bought a 2008 Corvette z06 from LV Auto Sports. Started having problems the first week I had the car. Knowing I bought the car as is. I was told everything was checked out and serviced before I bought it. The first week it started to overheat I contacted LV Auto Sports to let them know after I fixed it. The second week the front left caliper leaking fluid again contacted them after I fixed it. The 5 weeks it started making a noise a ticking sound. Checked the car out as I had to bring it to a specialist for corvettes in California were they told me that the motor was blown, all 8 cylinders were scored and hand honed. Pistons were done, all because the cam bearing was not pressed completely and walked it's way out.... the oil was not changed for a very long time up until the dealership bought it... so the dealership made it look like the car was taking care of. But really they just hide the neglected motor. I bought the car for $32k, and the new motor is going to cost me $18k plus all the fees to tow it. When I called to let the company know of all the problems they said sorry you bought it as is.. I would not recommend this place as they did not check the car out. I bought a car I used for a few weeks and now this car cost me over $50,000 which is not worth it…. Terrible customer service
Worst dealership on the west coast.
At first when I came to look at the cars they had on the lot and during the processes of buying the car I liked they were super nice to me and very helpful(which now of course I understand they were just trying to sell me a car).
But later on The level of disrespect and the foul language I got from the owner Thomas after reaching out to him for help after my car started to break down less then 3 days after I bought it was unbelievable. The car was bought on October 12th, 2017 which was exactly a week ago, I'm literally shaking as I'm writing this review.
The Car i bought from them is a 2012 bmw 550i At first it was an leaking oil pan gasket which wasnt a big deal(after all its not a brand new car) but then the drivetrain malfunction warning started popping on the screen going on and off and preventing me from putting the car into gear. Not only that they sold me a broken car but they didn't even bother to help me with that.
In the first couple times when I reached out for help they kept sending me to different auto shops which couldn't find a sulotion for the cars problem now they are saying there's nothing else they can do for me and blowing me off.
Now a week after I got my new car which I was super excited about getting, the car is sitting at the BMW of Las Vegas service center while their still trying to figure out what's wrong with it, which at this point seems to me like they will never actually find the problem and declare it as a Lemon car.
I'm new in this country and I'm a first time car buyer, its a shame that they took that exprience and complitly ruined it.
If anyone out there thinking of buying a car, Las Vegas motor sports it's not the place to do so.
I'm sure there's still other decent and honest car dealerships out there, don't do the same mistake I did and trust this guys.
God bless you all and good luck.
