DO NOT EVER TRY TO LIVE HERE ...THEY R BED BUG INFESTED APTS .and management ridiculously does not at all fumigate they way they should ..meaning they do one apt at a time (thats if the person renting actually complains about it )

Which if u ask me just has the nasty bugs going from one apt to the next ive lost all my furniture ..my children have bites all over them u see mattresses in the dumpster every week sofas ...it disgusting and all they will say is "its not our fault its yours you brought them into the home you have to pay for fumigation " which is $200 to get rid of them only to be infested again over and over ..outrageous how a fumigator can say that these nasty insects cannot crawl through the walls ....oh and they deny that anybody else has them or have been fumigated for it its only u and ur falut!!!!! ..only way out my lease is breaking it !!!!! And not to mention i have roaches now due to an appliance i needed replaced they replaced with another that was infested with roaches...ive lived in nevada for 11years now and have not EVER had a pest problem EVER its a disgusting thing that i cant deal with ...

i am currently trying to find a way out of my lease with this apartments. I have never had cockroaches until I moved to this place. They are everywhere. Yes management will tell you they have a bug service and they will come spray every week, but you have to call every week to be put on the list for the next week. The bug spray they use ineffective. I have watched the bugs walk right across where the man just sprayed like nothing. The management told me that we would have to leave for 24 hours so they can bomb but they wouldn't pay for any hotel costs for us to stay away from the apartment for the 24 hours. This is a horrible place to live. Just like the review below I also was nearly hit by a soccer ball in the head by some little kids who's mother was outside watching the whole thing happen and she didn't care. when I told the management about it they said they had no control over the tenants and their children. Really?! I thought that was what management was for. I also did some further research on the management company and it is out in California and if you go to their website you cannot get an email out to them because there is no link unless you want them to manage your building. I am absolutely disgusted with this property and the management. Words of advice, keep looking do not come to this place!!
