        Established in 1990, Lamb of God Lutheran Church is a multigenerational congregation, serving the Christian community in Las Vegas, Nev. The church operates through mothers of preschoolers, Lutheran women's missionary league, boy scouts, girl scouts and vacation Bible school ministries. It also runs a preschool, elementary as well junior and senior high schools. The church accepts and teaches Bible-based teachings of Martin Luther which inspired the reformation of the Christian church in the 16th century. Its worship includes traditional hymns and contemporary music.

        very happy at Lamb of God

        We are very happy with our first year experience at Lamb of God Lutheran School. As a parent, I love the organized manner in which the school and classroom are operated. There is very clear communication between the principle and the parents with a weekly newsletter. There is also a weekly classroom letter from the teacher to keep everyone informed and current. The organization provides structure and security and allows for parents and children to enjoy. participate, and excel in learning situations.

        The curriculum is A Beka, which is very good. I do wish the children had more art and Spanish. The teachers are enthusiastic and offer a wide range of learning activities. I find the school a warm and inviting atmosphere.

        However, the best testament to Lamb of God, is the fact that it is a school that has instilled a love of learning in my child. He loves to go to school.
