Don't fall for the price

This is by far the worst place ever! I wouldnot let my dog go there again! The director ( who is also the owner ) is rude, money hungry, couldn't care less about children. I'm so surprised that the state has not investigated her and her practices. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!

Kids beware! Danger

We signed up our kids at the silverado campus and the first day we took them, we used the code at the door to enter an unlit building only to find that there was no one at the front desk and that the 1 person they had there to watch all the kids that were dropped off that morning barely spoke or understood English. That same afternoon we went to pick our son up and they couldn't find his bottle and when they did it was missing the inner filter. The next day we took him. We went to pick him up and he was dirty from head to toe and covered in snot. The teacher let us he had a big knot on the back of his head like it wasn't a big deal and couldn't tell us how it happened. When we complained, they acted like it was nothing out of the ordinary and wouldn't give us the contact information to the owners so we could make a formal complaint. I do not recommend anyone rake there kids here. The place is dirty with bad supervision and improper ratios between teachers and kids. It's even more of a shame that the agencies responsible for monitoring these places are so relaxed in there practice. This place should be closed down.

Avoid this daycare unless you like your child in danger!!!!

This is a terrible place. Kids are not consistently monitored. There have been several times I went to pick my job up and other children were just wondering around, or peeking out of classrooms. My child fell and had a large lump on her head. When the director was told about this she claimed she did an investigation. Her teachers claimed that there was not a lump on her head where she would need first aid. My child should have been monitored for at least an half an hour to make sure she was okay. The size of her lump was the size of an elbow. No one gave her first aid. When I came to pick her up i had to get someone to get an ice pack for me. An ncident report was not written untill I insisted that one be written. I immed. took my child out of there.

The worst daycare in Las Vegas! Parent Beware!

There are so many things wrong with this place I don't know where to begin. My one year old was in this place and was sick throughout the whole time. There are way too many children in the class and not enough teachers (caregivers).Ratios are NEVER met. I came into the classroom to pick up my child one day and there were 20 children and only 2 caregivers! I have never seen more than 2 caregivers, many times I saw only 1. The ratio for this age group is 1 to 6. The way things are done are very unsanitizing and there is no education taught to the poor babies. The children are enclosed in built in highchairs very close to eachother (an inch apart), they eat on bare tables with no plates or utensils, the teacher uses her hands and fingers to cut the food and give it to the children. The children are fed piece by piece which means that the teacher cuts a small piece of food off with her hand and fingers and gives it to the child, if the child wants another piece they need to ask (mind you that the babies are between 1 and 2). The babies are constantly watching TV, and no other activity is done with them unless they play in the play room. They are not taught anything like vocbulary or any motor skills. There is no sink in the room which means that the babies do not get their hands washed properly. Another issue is when my baby was brought in the morning the special needs children were in there as well. The special needs children are in wheelchairs and there are a few with other disabilities. I do not understand why these kids which were much older then the babies (more than 6 years old) where put together with them. It is a huge concern for the special needs kids since they are exposed to the numerous diseases of the 1 to 2 year olds which were sick a lot. The Director is very RUDE and if you have any complaint she will withdraw yur child or ask you to remove the child from the institution.STAY AWAY! This place is a huge danger to the well being and health of your child.
