If I could I would rate them as a zero. I came into town with my wife and elected to take a taxi from Las Vegas airport to the Palazzo. Our driver before left the airport was already at $9 and i said this seemed very expensive. We arrived on 11/1/2016 and elected not to take Uber due the convenience. We were also not asked if we wanted to take the freeway vs surface streets after our tip our bill was $48.71 which after talking with my co-workers was a rip off. I called Henderson cabs on our way out of town and the person I spoke with who open up a complaint on our behalf was very rude and would not provide the drivers number and cab so that I could lodge a formal complaint with the LAS VEGAS Taxi Commission.
The ride's price was 13.70. When he stopped the meter it jumped to 14. Gave him a 20 dollar bill, he stepped out and opened the doors and went to go back in the car when I asked for my change. He got slightly upset and handed 2 dollars to me. I asked where the rest of the change was (I was going to give him his tip out of that change ) and he got even more upset and said "oh what about MY tip then!!!" And reluctantly handed over... 1 more dollar!!!! He said "the fare was 15 the rest is tip". How rude???! I have the cab number too...
This guy was so funny! Took a 15 min ride into town and he was just cracking jokes the whole time! Will is this company again
If I could give this company a zero I would. For an early morning flight, I had prebooked a cab from Henderson Taxi to show at my house between 4.45 and 5.15am. At 5.05 I called just to make sure the cab is on its way. I was assured the cab would be there within 5 minutes. At 5.15, the cab still wasn't there so I called again. Now I was told that the driver had gotten lost but they would send out a new cab. I was an hold for several minutes several times while a driver was located. At 5.20 I was told that it would be another 10 minutes.
At this point, my husband and I jumped in our own car and drove to the airport. I was still on hold with dispatch. I said that never mind, the second cab doesn't need to show up because we will miss our flight and we're driving. I said we would send them a bill for parking cost. He guy said "sure, ok". We made the flight.
Fast forward, now we're back from vacation. I just called Henderson Taxi and asked for a manager. I spoke with Kyle. First he made it sound like it's my fault I didn't get a cab because I didn't wait for the second cab (which would have been 45 minutes late). Then Kyle asked me when my flight was. I said it really doesn't matter because they promised a cab and they didn't show.
Kyle went on to say that everyone makes mistakes an there is no way the company will pay a parking bill. We were gone for 8 days so the cost was $144 dollars - way more than two cab rides would have cost us.
I said, fine, you're reviews already suck on Yelp and other sites. I will write one and I will give you one star. But if you hone up to your mistake and pay our parking bill, I will reflect that in the review. Kyle said that they would take the one star review.
This company clearly doesn't care about it's customers. I can never use them again. When you need to get the airport, you need a reliable service.
Little white guy with prison tattoos. When his credit card reader broke down after I swiped my card, he immediately got rude with me and accused me of breaking it. He had to call in my card. Turns out he entered my information wrong so my card came back declined. While I'm checking into my hotel he runs up to me and starts screaming in my face that I tried to rob him. Literally screaming. In front of the whole lobby/casino. Demanding, "PAY ME! PAY ME RIGHT NOW!" Not, "hey, your card didn't go through. Do you have another one?" Like any normal human being would. They lady checking me in called security. They escorted me outside, because I'm a young girl by myself, to run the same card again. The card I just paid for my hotel on. He calls it in and guess what? My card goes right through. All $13.20 of it. Be careful you don't get this guy. I was terrified.
Needed a taxi from The Golden Nugget to the LV strip, driver was very unpolite, navigation seemed random, the fee machine continued to run whilst the vehicle was standing still.
At the destination, the driver "tipped himself" by returning incorrect amounts of cash, definitely exploiting the fact that we were relatively inexpierienced tourists. Any attempts to discuss tip amount with the driver failed due to driver's complete inability to communicate in English.
I do not recommend this taxi company to anyone. Try to use other companies wherever possible, there are plenty in Las Vegas.
Hello,Yesterday I took a taxi from Aria North Valet to Venetian around 16,30 and we forgot a Cache bag with 2 dresses inside. The concierge from Venetian called your company but nobody answer,only the voice mail and they left a message also with our name and the room number from Aria,to be contacted.when we reach the hotel yesterday ,the concierge of ARIA called you also but still nobody reply so they left a message too. The taxi driver is a male with long hair and a scorpion tattoo on his neck on the right part. We payed with the credit card AMEX. PLS TELL ME HOW CAN I HAVE BACK MY ITEMS?THANKS

I had a female driver and she was there in plenty of time to get me to the airport, she helped with all bags, she was conversational and very polite. I will say she did drive slower than I do... but truthfully most people do. From South Henderson to the Airport was about $60 (with the tip included).
