This company goes above and beyond your expectations! Let me start off by thanking Mr. Marks for introducing me and my family to their fantastic system. I have never met a more honest and humble salesman in my life. He thoroughly explained how the water treatment system will benefit my family, and my pets as well. Naturally I had several questions for Mr. Marks, and he had the knowledge to answer them. Which is unusual for a salesman, since they all seem to just be greedy, pushy people.
I would also like to thank Robert, the man who installed the system. He was very well spoken, clean, friendly and very polite. Oh and let's not forget about the customer service you will receive from H2oToGO. When I called the office I was immediately speaking to an actual person. No automated, button pushing at all! Which really impressed me and my Wife.
Bottom line...we are very happy with our system and the service we have received from your company H2oToGO. Thanks again.

Although my purchase and installation was done months ago, I always remember to give props sooner or later. H20 to Go thank you for your wonderful product! I'm still enjoying it's benefits. Sales rep Chris and Eddie the installer/plumber, both get an A+ grade for their professionalism and great customer service. Talked with their staff in the office over the phone and again very impressed and pleased with how I was treated. This review is not only meant to show my appreciation, but for all the future potential consumers/customers, you gotta ask yourself.... why go anywhere else?

Hard water equals hard cleaning. A water softening system makes all the difference. We chose H2o to Go upon the recommendation of a friend and have no regrets. Everyone on the staff is friendly, professional and prompt. In comparison to other companies, we found them competitively priced. We are extremely satisfied with the service they provided us and would highly recommend. H2o to Go is the way to go!

After searching so many different places for water treatments, we went to the office of h2o to go & the general manager Sid was so helpfull with us. Not only did we order a unit, we got it installed within hours of the sale. Robert came out & did a magnificent job, very experience & patience. I will tell everyone not to search any further & just get your ststem from here.

Be prepared to pay 5 thousand dollars for this system. They make it sound good and don't give you the option to say no Or return it. I was late on a payment 2 weeks and they took me to collections without warning, who does that!

We purchased the H2O to GO 5 stage reverse osmosis combine advance purification and extruded carbon filtration technologies to produce the best quality water available for home use and the seven stage refiner. The filtered water that is attached to our counter has saved us on money. The water tastes purified and so does our ice from the freezer. The refiner has done a magnificent job with softening the water. Our skin feels moister then before. We love the purchase that we made from the great customer service representative, Nima. The presentation is fun and educational. The installers are helpful with our concerns for drilling holes in my brand new home since I do not have a loop. Everyone listened to our questions. We love H2O to Go so much that we have recommended their services to our cousin who also purchased that same package.
