TERRIBLE SERVICE!

After an anniversary package my wife sent to me while I was deployed went missing, my wife couldnt find the receipt for the insurance claim. She called and asked for help, but was told "tough, there's nothing we can do to help."

2. I came in to send documents overnight for the closing on a house. Come to find out the new woman working there didn't understand the difference in "overnight" like I asked and shipped it "Express", resulting in a late arrival of the checks and us losing the house. When I called I was told "its too late now, there's nothing we can do about it."



I reccomend Cliffs Pony Express in Providence just up the road. Great family run and professional place.

EVERY TIME I GO THERE I AM GREETED WITH A SMILE AND HELPFUL EMPLOYEES. IF I AM NOT SURE OF THE BEST WAY TO MAIL MY PACKAGE, THEY MAKE USEFUL, COST EFFECTIVE SUGGESTIONS. THE STORE IS CLEAN AND COLORFUL. PRODUCTS ARE DISPLAYED IN AN ATTRACTIVE MANNER. I LEAVE FEELING THAT I HAVE HAD A POSITIVE BUSINESS EXPERIENCE.
