Very bad experience. First you need two shuttles to get their place. Second, there is long lines both inside and outside(so chilly out there) Third, when we arrive at Las Vegas airport we was told they were out of vehicle and we have to come back the next morning, that they will reimburse my taxi cost roundtrip to my hotel and upgrade my rental with free pre-paid fuel. it's not good that we were planning heading north so our hotel is north of las vegas which is even more far than the Fox rental place. Then the next day, we have been to they rental place and they give me a TOYOTA YARIS and said they will credit the taxi fee when I was returning. TOYOTA YARIS were counted as Economy on their websites, we didn't notice that until we were on our way (we were in hurry since they already costed us more than 2 hours wasted), it's actually a downgrade!! Final, they never credit the taxi fee. We tried argue with them through our Citi credit card, but they can't get them back neither.

i reserved a car through my airline.i arrived at fox,waited in line for 30 min.when i got to speak to an agent,he wanted me to upgrade on everything,even getting extra ins.when i told him i did not want the upgrades or ins.he told me to wait while he went into the back room.after 30 min he came out and told he lost my info ,and needed my drivers license.he went back into the room.after 20 more mins. i asked another agent to go get him.he came out and threw my license back at me,and told me to leave.when i called to complain,they did not care at all.never!!!!! will i used fox rent a car
I had a pretty good experience with Fox but they could use some changes. Our rental car was in great condition and full of gas when we got it. The associate who helped us was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. In fact, when we told him we had just gotten married, he gave us a free upgrade. We waited in line for maybe 5 minutes, if that. Our vehicle ran great and we had no problems whatsoever with it.
My only complaints are that we were not informed that we needed a major credit card to rent without a $400 deposit. We traveled to Vegas from Georgia and didn't bring one with us and we had no way of going to get one. We were able to use our debit card and show our itinerary for the return flight home to bring the deposit down to $250 but we would have appreciated a heads up about either one before our trip. (We reserved the car a month or more in advance) The deposit was credited back to our back account in 5 days (but two of those days were a weekend). Also, when I tried to call them to inquire how long we would have to wait on the deposit, no one EVER answered the phone. I called six times over two days. Lastly, and this can't really be changed any time soon, they are a little inconveniently located. We had to take two shuttles from the airport to get to them. (Thankfully, we didn't have to wait long periods for the shuttles there or back)
I would rent from them again now that I know to be prepared for the deposit but I really wish we had been informed of it ahead of time.

I thought it was a great deal. NOT SO MUCH! After trying to contact them for 3 days and finally talking to some rude girl who obviously didn't care about customer service, found out that since I don't have a major credit card they wanted to put a $400 deposit hold on my account and would have 2 weeks to return my $. I have rented cars multiple times with out a major credit card or huge deposit. Whats so special about this place. Obviously not the customer service - they don't have any. I left a message on a managers vmail at one point and still am waiting for a call back. this is day 4 of my wait. Really, with the economy in the toilet and many many people no longer using credit cards you would think they would take another look at their policies. I rented from Enterprise with a 20% deposit which only amounts to about $60. Kind of a no brainer. And the customer service rep I spoke to was so kind and helpful. I give this company NO STARS!! They have alot to be desired. If you're looking to rent a car, look elsewhere. You'll be glad you did!!

You have to take 2 shuttles to even get to the place, then when you return the vehicle, you have to catch 2 shuttle to get back to your departure terminal. The shuttle drivers complain if no one offers a tip for loading or unloading your bags. They don't even give a local phone number. They charged me twice what I was supposed to pay to even get the vehicle and when I used a different card to pay at the end of the week, they charged me again but waited over a week before I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my refund.
My husband and I took a vacation to Las Vegas and rented a car through fox. They were super courtious and when they did not have car we really wanted when we arrived they called us two days later when one came in, and held it until we could get there to pick it up. They were super easy to work with and we will deffanitly use them again when we return.

RENTED THE CAR ONLINE BECAUSE MY WIFES CAR WAS IN THE SHOP FOR SERVICE. DROVE 28 MILES 1 WAY TO PICK UP THE CAR. GOT THERE SHE TOOK OUR INFO,AND RESERVATION PAPER AND THEN TOLD US WE WOULD NOT GET THE CAR UNLESS WE HAD A ""OFFICIAL"" CREDIT CARD. I HAVE ONLY HAD THE VISA CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FOR THE 4 YEARS I HAVE LIVED HERE. I HAVE PRESENTED THIS CARD LITERALY 100'S OF TIMES ACROSS THIS STATE AND ACROSS THE US. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD I COULDN'T RENT OR BUY SOMETHING. I HAVE RENTED CARS AT OTHER RENT-A-CAR PLACES (3 TIMES) AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TURNED DOWN. REASON WE COULDN'T RENT? BECAUSE WE ARE LOCALS AND WE COULD/WOULD CLEAN OUT OUR BANK ACCOUNT. ALSO BECAUSE WE COULDN'T PROVE TO THE IDIOT CLERK THAT WE WERE LEAVING TOWN AND COULD SHOW HER A RETURN FLIGHT TICKET. I SAY....SCREW OFF! YOU REALLY WANT TO SCREW LOCALS THAT WAY? THEN F@&% YOU! THERE ARE SO MANY MORE BUSINESS I WOULD LOVETO GIVE MY BUSINESS TO. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED....YOU HAVE FOREVER LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE, AND ANY AND ALL FRIENDS OR FAMILY THAT COME TO VISIT US. I SAY STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. MY OPINION ONLY.
90% hi mileage PT Cruisers with no cruise control & weak 4 banger engines that can't hold speed over the slightest of hills, bumpetybumpetybumpety ride from 35 to 50 mph, no real trunk to hide valuables in while dining in a restaurant, I will never rent from Fox Rent a Car again.
