El Rey Tax Service

I'm glad I'm the first to write a review. These people are liars. They are over charging people because supposedly the IRS is backed up, so pay them extra $200 to get them quicker. First off the information is false. I called the IRS personally and a guy I spoke to his words exactly where " that guy told you some bull. We have no control over your refund return time and if that was that case we would be charging that fee. I'm sorry to tell you but that guy just said it to make extra money." He also told me if you call them and ask for vista sites they will give u a list of places to go were it is free of charge no matter the return amount. He then told me the legal actions I can take and how to dispute it. He recommended to me to next year go to professional people which that was a no brainer. this tax service told us to go pick up the paper work and give them their FOLDER and to pay a $30 fee for the WORK he did because he got mad and had no literal response to what I told him the IRS said, then he called back and said there's nothing they can do because they were submitted after he just got through telling me they weren't going to be submitted until tomarrow. Well almost $400 for a return and not direct deposit please big rip off.
