Very satisfied with the service. Ecodry arrived on time making it very convenient that I didn't have to push back my Dr. Apt. Best of all - the carpets were dried when finished. This is why I chose Ecodry because I didn't have to wait a few hours or even overnight to have dry carpet.

Ecodry came out to my home and cleaned my area rugs here. I didn't have to drop them off and pick them back! They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Let me start by saying this has been the best decison I made for my family and myself. I was tired of paying for someone to come into my home and charging me for every little thing they'd do to my carpets and they didn't explain that to me when I called them. all I seen was the adds for x number of rooms for a certain price, they didn't tell me there was an extra charge for prepping the carpets if at all, for stain solution ,which by the way didn't work. They would be gone in no time leaving my carpets wet, smelly and all of us with our allergies kick in. As for stains within a couple of days or when the carpet was dry they would reappear what a waste of money, and time. I found Ecodry Carpet Cleaning on line in the Yellow Pages I called, they quoted me a price over the phone, there were no hidden charges once they got to my home, they were very professional, curtious and helpful, I would recommend and have to my family and friends.

I have to say, I was not familiar with this carpet cleaning process. The carpet cleaning did a very good job. The carpet was dry when he was finished. It's ECO friendly. The cleaning crew was polite and professional.
