This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They never handled issues in a timely manner, were very rude on the phone, repaired issues incorrectly and left me footing the bill when I moved out. As a military family we have rented so many places before and NEVER had the issues we have had with this place. I've always recieved all or most of my security deposits back and they are not only trying to take the whole thing they are trying to make me pay them more. They are charging me for damages that were there prior to move in! Very unhappy, I urge anyone looking to rent from these people to think again!

I have done business with this company for close to five years and they keep changing their rules and don't tell the customers. I have to wait close to three weeks to get my rent checks deposited in my account. They do not pay me anything if the rent is late. I have called Mike, who handles my accounts, three times and he has not given me a call back(one of my properties has a association violation that needs addressing asap). I have decided to take out my accounts and manage them elsewhere. Good luck to anyone who deals with these people. It is a shame because the lady who managed the properties before Mike was very capable. Colette Chaffee
