Citizens Cafe

I went to this restaurant since I had Restaurant.com certificate and I was looking for a good french restaurant. Food was okay but nothing special; I've had much better French food elsewhere. For the quality of food, I think it's way too expensive. I would rather go to Fleur by Hubert Keller in the same hotel for better French food.



The only great thing was the view. The view of strip was amazing but if you want to see the view, you can just go to the bar right next to the restaurant.

Atop theHotel at Mandalay Bay, the Mix Lounge has a private elevator that takes you up to the lounge. The girls are smoking hot and the finger food is expensive but delicious.
