no one followed up with my messages i leave in the office . Dr Stewart messed up my daughter's arm and i am in a process to taking the case to Nevada board of Directors
Though Dr Stewart is a good physician, I can't stand how things are done. They are certainly money hungry. In the middle of the craziness of my son breaking his arm, the first doctor we had gone to had called this office & got my son in right away since he was a child and needed to be seen immediately. I was told to call this office so that they could finish putting us in the system. When I called, right away I was informed to bring in $500 without them checking my insurance. Since I do insurance billing, I argued with them how things actually work. I finally said that I'm ending the conversation and informing the referring provider about the call. That's when they said to just come in and we'll work it out later. Now every time I come in, they try to get money from me otherwise my child can't be seen. Once I make a fuss, they finally let me in. Also, we were scheduled at 8:00 in the morning, and the staff was just rolling into the office at that time and had to get eveything ready. So we sat there for 30 minutes before they finally put the office together. I dread going there and hope that if my son breaks another bone, it'll be when he's an adult.
This place is absolutely great! They are amazing and their front office is wonderful! THe doctors are very nice and know exactly what they are talking about! I started going there when i was 15 and went there up until i was 19. WHenever you have a problem they will fit you in right away to see u. THey are absolutey amazing there are not words to describe how they are! WONDERFUL! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!!!!
