This place is a joke. I received a loan in the amount of 300. I made a payment of 171.00, so I ask what’s my remaining balance, these people said 846. Do not use these people no matter how desperate you are. It’s highway robbery. They kept telling me that I couldn’t just pay it off, but I would have to go through all of the payments as scheduled. How can you tell me that I can’t avoid all of the interest fees by paying it off early. If you are smart learn from me, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARENT GOING TO PAY IT BACK. I wish I could give this negative stars, mangers are dumber than the regular employees.

I was approved for $400 and I mistakenly gave them the wrong routing number and never received my funds. Upon fixing the issue and giving them the right routing number, I was told (after the bank statement I sent them) that because I had other loans out I was now only approved for $100. Absolutely ridiculous. Also the customer service is quite horrible after I had to talk to 5 different people multiple times for 10 hours throughout the day just to figure out why I never received my funds. Then after all that I'm no longer approved for what I was told. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Worst processes I've ever experienced. I sent verification more than 3 times and still could not get my preapproved amount of $350 which wasn't much. I could get better customer service from any store but this one was horrible

I don't use these places frequently but was in need of a loan unexpectedly. I heard great things about Cash Factory and decided to go there. The customer service was above and beyond and they worked everything out for me quickly and easily. Thanks for a great experience!

Great customer service and quick turn around time on getting your money! Not sure why anyone would pass this place up!

Got a check cashed here Their interest rates are as advertised, no problems. Their customer service isn't great but I had no problems dealing with them.

I didn't use their payday loans but I did come here to get a check cashed. The staff was very friendly and It is conveniently located. I highly recommend.

This company has the cheapest rates in town. They even give you free interest the first week when you mention Yellow Pages.
