Calvary Community Church is one of the most welcoming churches I have had the priveledge of attending. Greeted with smiles and handshakes as you walk through the door and you can just tell everyone there feels accepted. The pastor does his best to talk with people before and after service and always makes himself available which is AWESOME for a church of it's size. I can definitely sense God is doing great things through the leadership here and am excited to see where God takes Calvary. I wouldn't consider attending anywhere else as Calvary is my home!

God's House

I had not been to church in five years when I stepped through the doors of Calvary Community. The moment I did, I felt such peace come over me that it was overwhelming. I was greeted by three different people and the smiles I witnessed on everyone's faces let me know that I was in the right place. That was 4 1/2 years ago and I am still soaking up the blessings of this church and Pastor Bruce. Praise be to God!

Wonderful Loving Church

Do not believe everything you read. I have felt the presence and acceptance of the Lord at Calvary Community. The messages are biblically solid and inspiring. The worship is upbeat and powerful. And the people are truly a family. It is how the Lord meant church to be. We are all one body, serving and helping and accepting one another in all of life's trials under the Lords grace and mercy. Do not believe everything you read.

Worst church I have ever been ...

Worst church I have ever been to. The people are unfriendly and the pastor and his wife come across as snobs. They acted like they did not even want to really meet me. The pastors kids were in the back of the service talking the whole service and I could hear then the whole time. The bathrooms were really dirty and there was a dead roach in by the back coffee area. Overall this place seems like a mess and is spiritually deep as a small puddle. Do yourself a favor and find a place were people are genuine and the word of God is lived out daily. Most of the reviews you read about this place seem to be correct . . . Stay Away!

Not a Friendly Church, Look Elsewhere

This church is very unfriendly! When I met the pastor and his wife, it became very evident as to why this place was so unfriendly. . . it is a reflection of the leadership. While I was in the restroom I overheard some women talking badly about the pastor and his wife and making fun of the youth pastors height. I later saw these two women working as greeters . . .pretty genuine place huh??? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a good church because all you will find here is more of country club feel, not a church!
