I am very disappointed in this "jeweler". I paid $130 for two watch repairs. Not only did it take a ridiculous amount of time for the "repairs" to be made (6 weeks +), but neither watch was working properly when I got it home! My movado was not keeping time (the crown needed to be repaired but it was keeping time when I left it there), and the second watch was repaired to keep time but no longer glowed in the dark (Omega constellation). When I called to inform them about my watches, her attitude was nonchalant and very abrupt; "bring them back, bring them back!" Was all she said. There was no apology, no concern, no responsibility taken. I would think they would inspect the watches before returning them, and I'll admit that I did not inspect them until I got home. Evidently I'm out the $$ I paid; I am not going to bring my watches back as I do not want them keeping them for another 6 weeks. I work in customer service and have for 18 years, and I can tell you that theirs leave much to be desired. On top of that, they could not even locate one of the watches when I arrived for pick up because the store is completely disorganized and in total disarray. They do not use a computer system, but instead an old fashioned receipt book. Bottom line is this: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with Brandon Adams Jewelers. I learned my lesson the hard way and it cost me $130 for two watch repairs that STILL DON'T WORK!

I had a 7 stone(2 carat) diamond ring with one stone missing. Brandon Adams Jewelers did an excellent job replacing the stone and reworking the ring. It looks just as good as it did 50 years ago when I bought it. Beautiful job.

Don't take a chance with your valuables! Go find a reputable jeweler. Brandon may be a good designer, but the store is a mess and utterly disorganized! They had my watch for 6 months for a simple repair and each time I went to pick it up there was a new story! They admitted at one point that they had lost it...and when it was finally found, it had never been repaired...plus they had lost the piece of the clasp that needed to be fixed. The jewelry looks pretty, but the store is a HOT MESS!!!!!

I brought in a ring for which I purchased a different stone and had Brandon Adams Jewelers do the work. The new stone turned out to be a very unusual, ultra deep cut and BAJ contacted me right away with 'options'. The work was completed very professionally and for an excellent price of $25 for the simple swap (and an additional $15 to alter the ring for the odd cut stone). I had been quoted $138.00 to do this same work at another Vegas shop so as you can imagine, I'm a very happy customer!

Brandon is extremely helpful in turning your ideas into designs. Very professional and courteous. Has state of the art equipment. Have had him do 5 custom rings for several different occasions. I would recommend him to all.
