        I moved from Seattle to Las Vegas in 2014.. I was really worried that I wouldn't find a new Hair replacement / hairstylist tech as good as what I had in Seattle for the last 18 years . After receiving a reference from a close friend . I decided to see his stylist Aleta from Better Concepts . She was a huge surprise ! Aleta was helpful in everyway from purchasing a new Hair unit to advise on better Tapes and adhesives.. The owner Aleta even scheduled me on a Sunday because of a upcoming business trip I had. Very nice , flexible and just great all around customer service . Thumbs up ! RCW
