I felt confident taking my Gucci boots to this repair shop, after reading the reviews and then seeing a sign in the window stating that they do repairs on Gucci, Prada, Louie Vutton, etc. They were kind and stated that they could repair my boots by gluing the fabric that had come loose into the soul.
I returned to pick them up and was horrified. The boots had lumps throughout, glue all over the fabric and had not been finished. I stated my disappointment and they asked that I come back in a couple of days and they would be as expected.
When I returned, it was as if they were not even redone. It would have been better if they never even tried to repair them, because the glue is now stuck all over the exterior and the fabric is still not adhered. The gentleman from the back came up to say that I misunderstood what they said when I dropped off the boots and said it wasn't his fault. I don't know what I could have misunderstood and wished they would have just told me they could not help me. They did not charge me for the repair, but that is really no consolation as my boots are now ruined beyond repair. BUYER BEWARE!

If you need any type of shoe repairs done, this is THE place to go on the west side of the valley. Courteous, knowledgeable staff; very reasonable prices and a turnaround time like you would not believe!
On the other hand, do NOT go to the Boca Park Park Ave Cleaners & Shoe Repair. Because it is in Summerlin, they will charge you 2-3X the cost of any repair simply because it's Summerlin and they can. And by the way, they also will charge you a $5 ""consultation/cancellation"" fee, should you leave anything with them and later change your mind. First price gouge you then slap you with an unwriiten, unpublished ""fee"" because you would not let them do the repairs! Nice way to treat new customers. Later found out they don't even repair on site but farm it out to a much cheaper place to keep his profit margins high....you, the customer will pick up the tab.
Best Shoe Repair, not only does not charge a ""fee"" for asking questions or changing your mind (provided no work is done, of course!) but also does excellent work at HALF the price and with a turnaround of only 1 day.
If money is no object for you and you don't mind waiting 4-5 days, go to Boca Park, otherwise you cannot beat this place. The name says it all - Best Shoe Repair - and for a reason!
