Very bad BUSINESS.
Do not and I mean DO NOT buy any cars, vans, or trucks from these crooks. My daughter spent her entire refund check and also had to make payments on a van that never ran. They knew what was wrong with this van and still they sold it to her knowing that she had 5 children to drive around. It would cost as much as a new car to fix this piece of junk that they sold her.

I felt that in this callous day and age that there were no more knights in shining armour, rescuing princesses; but I am wrong! There are and their names are FRED, CARLOS, RAY, and TERRY! For Katherine's graduation present, I bought her her dream car - a Seabring Convertible. Through the misguided actions of ANOTHER MECHANIC the oil leaked through and the engine exploded. She had only the car for six months at that time. Fred, along with his associates, worked tirelessly to find another engine, install it, worked with the financing company; in short, we were finally able to pick up her car this morning! It has been a very long road but these people never let us down and kept us appraised during the entire process. I just thank God that there are still people like Fred and his associates and we are only going to take our cars to their mechanic from now on. And we plan on going back to buy my husband of 25 years the truck that he has always wanted!

The owner tried very hard to satisfy this customer. The customer put over 980 miles on the vechile in a matter of 2 weeks. The car was sold to the customer AS-IS. When he broke down 2 weeks after the purchase the owner towed the vechile from the orleans hotel back to his business located on fremont. The car had spun a bearing due to the fact that the customer reved it up to much. Autos unlimited is not an auto repair shop they had to send the car out to a mechanic shop. The owner charged the customer 800.00 for the repair and he actually paid 1,500.00 to fix it. Also autos unlimited did not charge the customer for the tow. Apparently one of the salesman hung up on the customer because the customer was calling everyday to see when the car would be ready. That salesman has been terminated for this action. It took a while to fix the vechile from the mechanic and was not the fault of Autos Unlimited. Autos Unlimited has been in business for over 33 years and is a member of the BBB.

Bought a car from them and it broke down in one week. They have had the car goin on two weeks now. Giving me the run around. Hanging up in my face like little kids. My advice to you is STAY AWAY!!!!!
