Alright, so I'm in the middle of trying to get a car. I walked in to the place, intending on getting a ford mustang. It wasnt in the best shape. Then i test drove a pt cruiser, loved it, but the tires were flat and they couldnt replace the tires for me. Then, found this really nice mercedes. The problem with that car is they need to reset everything on the car. They told me that it should only be a day but they couldnt promise me anything. Its been two days now... And they havent taken it to be reset. Not only that, but i called them to get the update. I didnt receive a call. It makes me think, "what will they do if the car breaks down? Just set it aside and tell me they're busy?" Ive done both sales and customer service for a very long time and this company lacks customer service skills. My payments would be the same if i got a brand new car, just for a shorter amount of time. If they dont step their game up i plan on taking business elsewhere.
Update: so, not long after posting this, he called me and told me that he didnt like that i "bashed" him on facebook and that he isnt going to sell me a car lol. Aight, his rating would've gone up if he simply fixed the problem. I'm glad i didnt give this place my down payment. Instead of using what the customer says to improve the business, they took it to offense. Dont really appreciate it.
