I had two individuals Salvador and Kevin come to my house for my initial spray for my house and they came right on time and were very professional. They walked around the entire house and showed so much mannerism asking to proceed to each room and were very curteous. They seriously represented there company well and made me look forward to my future service with them.

Austin arrived right on the dot at 420, which was his schedule time. Came off as very friendly, knowledgeble and professional. Looking forward to continued service!

We have been using Aptive for quite a while now and have had nothing short of incredible customer service. Every time they come to service, the technicians are helpful and thorough. This week Benjamin S. was our tech and he was so kind and helpful. He took time to figure out our needs and did what he could to address them. They also will come back out to service again for free, if needed. Job well done!

Very unethical business practices. They offered me an initial first service for $ 49 (regular quarterly service was $ 89.) However the small print in the contract says that they will come back in 30 days to do another service and charge another $ 89 (not sure why the initial service is not good enough for 3 months). So you end up paying $138 for the first quarter whereas the salesman gives you the impression you are paying $ 49.

He also is friendly and outgoing which is extremely important because allowing a stranger into my home can feel downright uncomfortable But Joshua puts me at ease. Excellent service. Jose Garcia was my tech today. He called when he was about 10 min out to let me know he was on his way. He did a great job removing the spider webs in our backyard. We have 2 dogs and he reminded me to keep them in for about an hour while the treatment dried. Love being bug free!

It's always such a reassuring feeling to know that Nako serviced my house. I understand that this is a very busy time of year for the pest protection. Due to his thoroughness from the last service, I hardly have an issue with the roaches. I know that he is busy but he always has such a patient and professional demeanor, and is always willing to answer my questions. He is very timely. Within 1 day of signing up for service and they came out for my first treatment. While being here for my first treatment, they were very concerned with exactly what bug problems I had where, and treated each place accordingly. Since I had dogs, they even showed concern for them, told me to make sure I don't let them get anywhere near the treated areas for a least an hour. We also have a problem with mice in our neighborhood and that's what got me started with bug/pest service in the first place. And I haven't seen a mouse since they came out and started treating the whole neighborhood. This company is highly recommended and so is the tech Jesse Dalton who did my service.

Super, efficient representative sold me on the company from the very begining. Alisin, the technician, reported promptly as promised and was very professional in going about his work. I would definitely recommend this company for getting rid of pests. He even double checked his work when I asked him and explained why he was doing what he was doing.
