I had two individuals Salvador and Kevin come to my house for my initial spray for my house and they came right on time and were very professional. They walked around the entire house and showed so much mannerism asking to proceed to each room and were very curteous. They seriously represented there company well and made me look forward to my future service with them.
We have been using Aptive for quite a while now and have had nothing short of incredible customer service. Every time they come to service, the technicians are helpful and thorough. This week Benjamin S. was our tech and he was so kind and helpful. He took time to figure out our needs and did what he could to address them. They also will come back out to service again for free, if needed. Job well done!
DO NOT USE THE APTIVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY! It's a scam! I was charmed by the sales man. I believed him, when he said it works. I signed a year contract. I asked to not be charged till the 1st. It was agreed to. I was charged 4 different times before the 1st.
The day after they sprayed my home and my neighbors home, my downstairs bathroom and front area was COVERED in ants. I never had ants to begin with! I called to complain. I wanted out of my contract. The insanely rude staff member Elycar let me know if I wanted out of my contact, I would need to pay him $180! He didn't try to fix anything, just said it was normal and they would see me next month!
Today, Elycar called me again for the payment. I said go ahead and charge it, since he said I'm trapped in this contract, for a product that doesn't work. I even told him I STILL have ants! He was condescending. He was dismissive. He was rude. He was arrogant. He just said sorry I felt that way, see ya next month! No offer to fix it! Then hangs up.
I call back and ask for the management. He says I can't speak to them right then. Then literally hangs up on me!
I call back to let him know I'm reporting him, which he said was fine. I demand his boss. Again won't give him to me. Then I ask for the corporation customer service number. He refused on both requests, than asked if there was anything else he could do for me! I said no he helped enough.
I report him online. Then I get a call from the manager, who says he doesn't even have a staff member who looked or was named after my sales man!! So no idea who was here, or what this scam is!
Then I get a message from Elycar, saying he didn't think he was rude, sorry I felt that way!
This company is a joke! I have never dealt with such nonsense in my life! DO NOT use the Las Vegas office!!
Very unethical business practices. They offered me an initial first service for $ 49 (regular quarterly service was $ 89.) However the small print in the contract says that they will come back in 30 days to do another service and charge another $ 89 (not sure why the initial service is not good enough for 3 months). So you end up paying $138 for the first quarter whereas the salesman gives you the impression you are paying $ 49.
Joshua did an excellent job. he was efficient, he was prompt, and professional. He also is friendly and outgoing which is extremely important because allowing a stranger into my home can feel downright uncomfortable But Joshua puts me at ease. Thanks also for such a good product as well as service. I tell anybody who will listen how great my experience has been so far with Aptive.
June 26th aptive out for service. June 27th $119 out of account. 2 wks. later we have mounds of ants and a black widow sitting on the front door eave which aptive is suppose to sweep! July 11th we contact aptive and we are told they will call. Never did. July 12th we call and they said they can not refund 2 out of 3 months because they laid product already. Well, for good customer service they should have stepped up and credited our acct. 2 months regardless. Do not trust them so we had no choice but to change company. McNamaras
