I was supposed to get a phone call for my service today. There was apparently a mix-up for the service, I didn't get a phone call for almost the whole day. So.. I called Alterra and spoke to Rebecca, a customer service representative, who fixed my problem. She was an absolutely professional and pleasant person to speak to. Although it was not her fault, the first thing after listening to my story was to apologize! Then she corrected the problem by making a few phone calls to the technicians. I had a pleasure of having Keve R. as the technician who came to rescue us from the bugs. He was supposedly done for the day but when asked, he was happy to come by my house. He was very friendly, professional, and thorough with treatment. Thank you both for making it happen. I was impressed you fixed your mistake and my problem with your awesome teamwork, professionalism, and integrity with your service. Here I am being a happy costumer again of Alterra. Thanks again Rebecca and Keve!
Keve R is our service man and its always a pleasure to see him. He's kind and answers all my questions no matter how 'silly' they may be. He explains the statement thoroughly to where I don't need to ask him a thing he has covered it all!! Literately!! i like this company a lot

I like that he was fast and not intrusive (I'm a major introvert, lol), but took the time to thoroughly answer the few questions I had before he left.
My family has used Alterra for about a year now and, all in all, we're very happy with the service.
I had a sales rep come to my door and ask me to sign up for ONE service with alterra. He told me I would pay ONE payment of $99 for 3 months of service. I thought again, that this was only for 3 months, one payment of $99. since then I get a ridiculous amount of phone calls for payment & for my service. I explained I didn't pay because I don't want to continue service with Alterra. I was told wrong & didn't want to continue service for another 2 years as they said I was obligated. They continue to come to my house when I'm not there or even aware that they were coming & then I get another bill & more phone calls. I would honestly rather have the few bugs around then be bothered by alterra EVER again. They call me & won't confirm who the caller is, they immediately ask for me & to confirm my date of birth. I ask who is calling because I don't feel comfortable confirming or denying anything unless I know who I'm speaking with & their employees keep saying "for security purposes I need you to confirm your date of birth" I ask again who is calling and I get the SAME response. I can honestly say I have never been so bothered or annoyed by this company and how they conduct business. They send door to door salesman around giving out false information & then bug you continuously. So if you like getting calls early in the morning & was a hassle on your hands then by all means go through alterra. I would NEVER suggest them to anyone.
