Wound not Even give one star, but it required that you rate it. I will never use this terable company again. I dont think they could have been more rude. The owner, David must not care about customer care or even keeping customers. If David had cared about good quality care he would have never allowed his employees to treat customers like that. I can't say enough to express how bad this company is.
We were supposed to be heading for Los Angeles at 9:00 AM, had tickets 2 days ago.We went to Greyhound in Las Vegas, in the waiting line at 8AM just so we can get front seats.By 9:15 AM, an employee by the name of Chloe told me to fall in line in Area C after showing her my ticket.We were in line of Area C when the man employee in front of the gate had problems with the people because he said that we were in the wrong lane, we should be in Area C; so everyone behind our line got mad because of wrong information given by that lady employee named Chloe..Please do something about this, they are not America-like with this kind of service...We never had this disaster in Greyhound Los Angeles!
Try to get thru to get help is ridiculous. If you want to go to CA press the first two letters on your key pad. HAH!!! What a joke. CA supposed to be 22. NOT AZ which is 29. But their is an error here that needs to be fixed, so now I am back to square one after trying to find help over 2 hours.

DON'T BOTHER...I called at 12:15 p.m all i got was 21 rings and then i was put on hold for over 7 minutes. I called back and got another 20 rings and then dead air. It's called customer service for a reason. YOUR SUPPOSE TO HELP THE CUSTOMER!!!
