Have always had my X-rays at this facility (CTs, MRIs, X-rays)The wait is no more that anywhere else in Las Vegas.Everyone is professional and courteous.Bob H.
Person in charge at the front was having a horrible day and she was making sure everybody surrounding her felt it. NOT EVEN ONE START FOR THIS REVIEW!!! I had to spend almost half of my day there, she had the worst attitude even with older people, pregnant woman and her co-workers too. When the time of my last test arrived she even told me I needed to go to the gym in order for her to see my veins and she constantly complained about my 3 years old how was quiet next to me at all times with my cell. She is rude in all posible ways, patients don't deserve feeling like kinder garden kids in front of a terrible teacher. Oh, i almost forget she left a huge bruise in my arm too!
The sign on the door at the Tenaya branch says open until 4:00. I get there at five minutes to 4:00 and the door is already locked. The gal comes out and says it is 4:00 and they are closed with no consideration for a person with an obvious disability. And then to lie in addition makes me wonder what kind of standards they work by. The technicians are awesome but the new clerks stink.
Trying to get someone on the phone is ridicules and when you do get them they treat you like crap, I call the local number and I get Kansas it wasn't like that before Obama care.
I arrived at 1130 for a chest xray. Was told it would be a 1 hour wait. It is 130 and I am still waiting. NEVER COME HERE. THIS SHOULD BE THE PLACE OF LAST RESORT. The office staff is rude and uninformed.
I feel like I'm at the post office. The customer service is slow at best. Like government workers that can't be fired for moving like a snail, is what this business is like. So give yourself extra hour or so. Bring a good book.
I just got blood drawn. A very nice and friendly Angelique was the person who drew it. She was awesome, given my fear of needles. I waited maybe 2 minutes to go in, may be because it is Saturday and they're about to close but whatever works!!' I had a very good experience.
When I went for a test at this location the tech unlocked a box for me to put my purse and to her surprise there was a urine specimen inside labeled 4/11/14, 3 days prior to that day. She took it to another tech who said "I wondered where that was", then she just sat it down on the counter with several other specimen cups with urine in them also. I was asking myself who is getting whose results, if any, certainly not too accurate after sitting 3 days, I made sure mine was labeled and sealed before I left. Very poor chain of custody if any!
Had an MRI of the brain. Had one at another place (got claustrophobic), but Victor was wonderful. He explained everything, talked me through it and played some fun silly music I had requested. I would definitely recommend DISN to anyone and everyone. The billing department was wonderful as well. Thanks for all your help!
I needed a MRI on the brain and was extremely nervous about being in the MRI tube. Victor, the MRI tech, was a savior! He explained every step of the procedure, made sure I was comfortable, and talked me through the entire procedure. He gave me a valium to calm me, but I honestly feel I would have made it through the MRI without the pill. I would not hesitate in recommending Diagnostic Imaging, and especially Victor, to anyone who needs an MRI. My nerves literally left me once Victor held my hand and told me he would take good care of me. Definitely a good experience!
