They misdiagnosed me. I went in due to a foot injury, I was informed that I had a contusion on my foot. I was told it was a soft tissue injury and would take 6 to 8 weeks to heal and then I was given a prescription for an anti-inflammatory and a muscle relaxant. 8 weeks later I'm still hopping around on a bum foot that is swollen and in pain . I follow up with my PCP, who does an x-ray and finds that my foot is fractured. I don't know if it's their standard level care or if it was just because it was Super Bowl Sunday but the doctor barely looked at my foot, he didn't touch it and he didn't take an x-ray. His only interest was to process me through as quickly as possible. Stay away from this place, they don't care about your health.
absolutely wonderful doctors and staff

Most disgusting medical facility we've ever been in, felt like one step up from third world. I doubt they have sanitized the place in months.
It was a Sunday morning we walked into the clinic and Mrs Hazel Felix took the time to listen to my wife's problem, she was very professional and detailed. We need more professionals like her.
If you need a go-to health clinic, this is definitely the place to be. Great facilities and great people on board.
I have been to this facility numerous times. The doctors there are excellent. Service is always fairly quick. Even on heavy traffic days.
Man very first time I been to this place and it really sucks! I went to the Dr with my mom cause she had an appointment to see the nurse! The appointment was for 2:30pm ! We came at 2:10pm ! She is still waiting to see a nurse to do a follow up visit cuz she hit her head on the sidewalk! She some swelling around her eye! The UMC ER told my mom to get follow up care from her pcp ! God only knows when it's gonna happen!
I decided to post when I saw the review about his never making any money by pushing pharmaceuticals. hahahaha! This guy is so about EASY $$$! There are disclosures on his earnings on at least two sites for pharmaceutical seminars he's done. One is GlaxoKlineSmith, the other Merck. Dr. Anstandig has been paid $20,000 a pop speaking at pharmaceutical seminars. I think I totaled up well over $100,000 he had made speaking at pharmaceutical conferences over a year's time period.I am truly grateful I got a diagnosis of Hashimoto's from Body Logic, because I fear I would have never learned I had it had their testing not included a TPO antibodies test, but I got little else here. I had trouble taking their medication, which I believe excited and exacerbated my Hashimoto's disease and even progressed it. I would not recommend treating with BodyLogicMD especially if you have Hashimoto's or any other AI disease. I consulted with one other person on a FB forum Hashimoto's 411 who also went to BodyLogic in Dallas and said that she almost died because she was treating under them with Hashimoto's. Apparently, she was taking a thyroid medication that affected her heart. The medication, in fact, probably nearly killed me as well. I just didn't know. I ended up having severe histamine intolerance, so severe, in fact, I couldn't even eat spinach or other foods that are histamin liberators. If you don't want to go through this hell, I suggest you Google Mastocytosis and histamine intolerance groups in FB and educate yourself on them before experimenting on your body with hormone therapy. What these people did to me was, in essence, accelerate an underlying progressive disease by pooring fuel on a fireI would complain about the meds and the doctor would tell me that I needed to stay on them, that I had an underlying condition that needed to be treated and then refer me to the compounding pharmacy. I found posts on at least one occurrence where the compounding pharmacy turned out to not be providing the exact formulation of the drugs they were providing and not disclosing to the BodyLogic doctor they were swapping ingredients out. They should turn people away who test positive for Hashimoto's. It seems unethical to me after my experience that they treat you. You can't return any medication and really it's just like getting an online prescription that needs a doctor's rubber stamp. That's about all you get from the doctor, a rubber stamp to do something stupid.
Am I the only one that noticed that with the new staff came the bad reviews? Love the doctors but the nurise in front desk act like we're bothering her
Nem medical center is very nice, great doctors and staff. Low wait times and friendly nurses. Doctor Ansey John is a very caring and dedicated to her patients. I recommend nem medical.
I could not get in to see my dr for clearance for surgery. My surgeon recomended that i go to this clinic. So I went to the Pecos and Bonanza location. The Dr. was very cold,The staff was unfriendly, and very unknowledgeable. They are suposed to be Medical assistants. My ekg showed artifact because the electrodes were placed on my wristbone. My blood was drawn WITHOUT gloves! I was horrified! After waiting 2-1/2 hours to see the Dr. He was very cold. I left the office only to go back 3 days later to get my blood test results the Dr. then came out and started giving me my test results in the waiting room and was not quiet or nice. I finally just started being rude as welll. I would not send ANYONE i know to this place and will definitely be filing a complaint! This place was filthy nothing was even filed! the stacks of patient information that was just laying around!
