I hired Sears to repair my gas dryer. The appointment online was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were able to find an appointment to fit my schedule. The tech was able to diagnose the problem within two minutes and direct me to the person I needed to effectuate the repairs. Additionally, he showed me a trick to confirm whether the repair had indeed been fixed. He was honest, reliable, trustworthy, accurate, on time, and efficient. Initially, I hired another company because I thought Sears would be more expensive. Was I wrong! The other company charged more and failed to fix the problem. I won't make this mistake again. Go straight to Sears to get the job done right the first time and get back to your life. I highly recommend them!

We have been working with a Warranty Company, not Sears, to fix our LG Refrigerator. After three months of excuses we called Sears. From the first call through both home visits, first to diagnose the problem, second to install parts Sears was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for more professional courteous care. Our Refrigerator is working great and the techs who came to our house were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. We canceled our other warranty and bought our service program through Sears again. Great to be back with Sears.
I had a problem with my LG front load washer. It would not drain the water because it was clogged from the remnants of a floor rug. The technician that came out was totally professional and took the machine completely apart to clear the drain hose that was inside of the machine. He was amazing and I learned allot about what was inside of my front load machine. I really appreciate my technician that came out. This is the first time that I could rate very high on a service call.
The service technicians take ownership of your problem and work hard to resolve your concerns, but they are not fully equipped with full documentation for the appliances they are sent to repair. It is also very difficult to obtain an appointment because the customer is required to perform extensive troubleshooting steps before a technician will be assigned to complete the repair.
I had a problem of something became loose in my washer, and made a loud noise in the wash cycle. The repairman had to come out twice to repair the problem, and is now working great. The repairman was professional, and apologized for the inconvenience. He assured me that he had taken extra precaution that this problem would no longer occur.
The technician # 0002212 was the best. I have seen him before. He showed me how to empty the extra water from the water softener by bypassing the water filling stage on the regeneration cycle. He is awesome. He is patient, kind, and very experienced. I think his old age helps in having better manners and being nice to people.
Our technician was terrific. He came at the top of the hour and was quick to diagnose and fix. We asked to have the dryer cleaned of lint and we would not have known if it needed it or not...he said no and we were not charged. Honest, fair and quick. Very very happy!
Called to have a water dispenser on my refrigerator repaired. Tech came out during the scheduled time frame. He called about 30 minutes prior to showing up to confirm he was on his way. He made the repair quickly and it's been working great since.
A/C unit was serviced ,and I feel there is a leak within the system,because of a yearly problem with its need to be serviced with Puron.The Technician noted this for the same problem if it were to occur again a leak detection would be started.
