Although my purchase and installation was done months ago, I always remember to give props sooner or later. H20 to Go thank you for your wonderful product! I'm still enjoying it's benefits. Sales rep Chris and Eddie the installer/plumber, both get an A+ grade for their professionalism and great customer service. Talked with their staff in the office over the phone and again very impressed and pleased with how I was treated. This review is not only meant to show my appreciation, but for all the future potential consumers/customers, you gotta ask yourself.... why go anywhere else?
I went for an MRI of my left kidney back in October of 2016. Southwest medical called to tell me they saw fluid around my heart and gave me an appointment for January 17, 2016 For a test and to see a cardiologist. 3 months !! I went for the appointment today, 1/17/2017 and was informed the cardiologists are not in today. What kind of a health plan do I belong to? This is insane. I asked the receptionist to schedule me for another appointment with them. I was informed to go home and call the cardiology department. I had HPN before going to senior demensions, I should have known better.
Don't buy from these people... they would rather lose a customer than $9 on a product that made me sick. They only think of people as money.. they don't really care how you feel. Soo sad!
When we started out with Senior Dimensions 9 years ago, we were promised that Henderson would have adequate staffing on this side of the valley. In the last few years, good doctors seem to disappear overnight and are not replaced with MDs but with PAs. PAs are okay for treating colds, flu and uncomplicated problems but there is a real danger that they could and do miss serious problems. When confronted with a patient who continuously complained of a burning in his lungs, fatigue and shortness of breath when doing work, they checked for pneumonia and a lung problem. Passed him on a wellness physical and finally after several months, gave a referral to a pulmonary doctor and a cardiologist. I took him to the emergency room where a cardiologist saw him immediately and told us the "burning in the lungs was actually chest pain and after running tests, the next day he had a cardiologist, a heart surgeon and they were lining up a kidney specialist, a pulmonary specialist and an infectious disease specialist. How did they miss the burning in the lungs and fatigue and shortness of breath as signs of a serious heart problem? Why weren't the referrals marked urgent? Patient died. In the last few years I have lost two primary care doctors who were replaced by PAs and yesterday I went to keep an appointment with my cardiologist only to be told he was no longer with the company. The company may not be able to stop doctors from moving on but there is something wrong when doctors suddenly leave and they don't replace them. It is also disturbing that PAs are doing more and more of urgent care calls. I know their work is reviewed by an MD but question when this is done? Once might be coincidental, twice is suspicious and three times ?. Have written to the corporate office on several occasions but never got a reply.
We have had other water treatment systems installed before, but this has to be the best system on the market today. The service we had from Ecowater of Las Vegaswas beyond 5 star. We highly recommend this company. They delivered everything they said they would do and did it completely and on time.
We have owned five home in Henderson over the last 15 years and have tried many water systems before coming across Ecowater. This is by far the best system we have had in out house. We drink more water now than ever and I never consider buying bottled water thanks to this system. Our water softener does not make the water feel slimy or too soft and slippery. It works perfectly. Lastly, the customer service has been outstanding the the owners are great people.Madeira club
The cost to repair the existing equipment in the home we purchased (from another BIG name here in Vegas (Kinetico), with only a one year warranty being given) was excessive to say the least! So we called in other companies and finally chose Eco water. We have been happy with our decision and are totally happy with the purchase. We bought the refiner and an R/O. :)
Very professional, courteous and on time business. I couldn't be more pleased with the product.
