Purchased a motorhome in August. Due to the reviews I had a 3rd party tech look at the rv and perform repairs before I closed the deal. Glad I did because I would have probably been stuck on the side of the road and not had a working generator. When I went to pick it up, the screen for the dinette area was missing and the water panel controls were broken. Was promised these things would be shipped to me. After 6 weeks of not getting the parts I called and spoke with Monica, she assured me she would look into it and get back to me, she never called me back. I had to call multiple times to get any results. I was told the screen was shipped and given multiple excuses by Monica and Junior as to why it has taken so long but weeks later no screen. Finally they managed to pull themselves together and send the wrong screen which had become warped because it was put in a box with no packaging. I called Monica AGAIN and she gave me more excuses and promised to get back to me, this was weeks ago and I still havent heard from them. Monica and the staff in the parts department are either incompetent or they are trying to screw people over by not giving them the parts promised. In addition, it looked like the table in the rv and the screen I was sent didnt quite fit, it appears that they take parts from the other RVs on the lot so if you are thinking of taking your rv here for consignment, dont because things will probably go missing. Worst customer service ever, these people are liars and cheaters!
I have rent RV on June, 2017. when I return RV, one employee walked around inspecting RV and checked everything and she said there were no problem for RV, deposit will be refunded in 3-5 business days and both I and Sahara RV signed on paper. we also have customer invoice SRV-5685 that is about refundable deposit ($1000). however, Sahara RV sent email 3 days after when we returned RV. they said there were several damages they found and asked us what happened it. but we also did not know it anything. if RV had damaged, they had to tell us at inspection and before I and they signed on paper. I still do not get my deposit back. I emailed them about it, they said I caused damage so they take my deposit. I still keep in touch with Sahara RV. I recommend never rent RV at Sahara RV, they will take your deposit.
The Palazzo is a little bit more upscale than the original hotel, the Venetian. It doesn't smell as bad due to less amount of years of smoking I guess. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Next time we will splurge for the VIP suite.
Rented an RV for a trip to zion! They were older but well maintained. I liked them much better than one of their competitors that I rented from! & they gave me some free miles! I expected to get charged for Gen use like the other company, but was surprised when they told me it was included at NO charge! I WILL BE BACK!!
This hotel is located near the Rumor and Hard Rock hotels off Harmon Road, but is not part of a Casino (no slot machines inside). We stayed in a king suite loft with one king bed upstairs and full-sized sofa bed downstairs, and also included a jacuzzi tub! The room was very roomy a little over 600+ sq. ft. It included a small kitchenette with compact fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It's a great place to stay if you have children. There is nice large pool too with 3ft, 4ft and 5ft sections. On the weekends they serve an american-style breakfast buffet ( for$13/per person) but during the weekday they serve a free continental breakfast. I'd stay here again.
They promised we would get free dinner, tickets to a show of our choice, two round trip tickets and hotel anywhere in the Us, free buffet and free steak dinner. All that for a $40 deposit to save a spot in the presentation. Had to go to a 120 min presentation that turned into 5 hours where we were slammed by 5 high pressure sales people, each one offering another lie of promises. We ended up leaving 150 dollar deposit, some *** coupons and paper work for free trips that required hundreds of dollars to be sent in with them in order to get the trip. So we lost our $40 and our $150 deposit. So, if you stop paying, they are the ones out of the money! Turns out, their 'membership' is no more binding than a gym membership. Just don't pay the dues and there's nothing they can do other than a bit of harassment. Ignore them! You may have to cancel a credit card or change bank accounts or even banks, but worth it. Also, stop paying your maintainence fees. Why pay for something you did not buy!!
It use to be better. Last summer our room was a only ok. Stomach service took ing to deliver cold food.
Love to stay here. Mirage is in the center of the strip. Beautiful atmosphere. Rooms are average though.
IT WAS AWFUL... Our room flooded, I injured myself, they didn't know how to do an injury report and then had the nerve to tell me to calm down... the pool was closed (looked disgusting anyways) We put towels down to hold back the flooding and when we picked them up (none of which we should've been doing anyways) they were black. My kids had to wear shoes the entire time because their feet were black when they walked around. It's DISGUSTING.... literally.... and at the end of it all they did NOTHING for me.... no discount even though we had to walkthrough two inches of water in the kitchen to get to the living room. RIDICULOUS.
This company does bookkeeping for my friend's business & they are wonderful. They go above & beyond to take care of not just payroll but all associated forms & documents from government agencies that most bookkeepers make the business owner do themselves. They even go to the IRS & Taxation Dept office if there are issues needing to be resolved. They're very affordable & offer a lot. I highly recommend them!
