Blanca Castro showed my husband and I the house located at 7467 Mission Palm Street in May, 2016. She handled the application and all move in paperwork and handed us the keys upon move in. Ms. Castro was acting as liaison between us and the owner, Loui Luu. In July 2016 there was a miscommunication between Ms. Castro and Mr. Luu, and as a result they decided to file a Notice to Vacate the premises due to "unlawful detainer of property" that was attached to our front door by the Constable. When we received that first notice, we contacted Ms. Castro who informed us that Mr. Luu wanted to move into the house. According to our lease we were legally allowed to live there until the lease expired on June 1, 2017, as long as the lease was adhered to on our end. When we received the final notice, my husband went to court and received "Involuntary (statutory) Dismissal". After that Ms. Castro called and explained that Mr. Luu no longer wanted to evict us from his home. She admitted that he was disgruntled about how some of the repairs were handled and that they decided that an eviction would be best. In March 2017, I discovered mold in the cabinets under and around the kitchen sink. I immediately informed Mr. Luu, who told us that he expected us to take responsibility for the mold. We received a "No Cause Notice to Quit Premises", from the Constable on April 26. As we were looking for another home our applications were being denied by realtors because there was a filing against us in August 2016 by Mr. Luu. We contacted Ms. Castro asking them to remove that from our record, but Ms. Castro told me that regardless of what is on our record, as per the notice we were required by law to surrender the keys to her on May 26, 2017. Our lease was expired as of May 31, 2017. She offered to help us to find a home to move into that would overlook the initial filing, but could not make any promises. To date we have not had any additional communication from Ms. Castro.

If you do go here, I hope you don't get Jina Sheldon. If you call her she acts like you are a bother and she won't check your references or test your skills. Don't waste your time here. Try another AppleOne location in Vegas. Once you sign up for this one you can't go to another.
