The owner Robert is a scammer. He sells garbage and will rip you off. Refuses to back his sales and won't even talk to you after a purchase. I purchase some used tires from his shop, and after driving home noticed lots of dry rot and a bubble. He refused to talk to me when I went back the day after purchasing 3 tires, and as a result, my wife had a serious blow out the morning after I took the car down to get the tire replaced. Avoid this and all RT Motorsports shops like the plague.
The owner is a liar and rude. You cannot trust him to keep a deal. I made a agreement on a price with him and traveling there he would not honor the agreement. It was a total waste of time and money. Wish I read reviews before going there. You would do well to stay away.
Theives. Don't do business with them. Very unprofessional. Had my bike for 1.5 months. Ran when it went in. Not when it came out. They had replaced a bent valve?... said a screw was in the head. They chiseled my sidecase and leaks oil now. They swapped clutch lever, lost one of my plastic sidecovers, took all the gas out of my tank. Everytime I went in there they had the same junkpile of bikes. Bad, bad, bad
They have a lot of cool things in here. Clean and friendly employees! Prices are not to bad either!!
Whether you are a fan of the show or not (and I hope you are), this is a nice side trip. You will see projects from the show (which change, apparently...hmmm...seems like an excuse for multiple trips). You can purchase souvenirs for yourself, as bragging rights, or to take to a fan (I think you can do that on-line, also, if you just can't make it to Count's). More importantly to me, you can see for yourself that the staff is just as nice in person as you imagined they might be. It's a really nice group of people. That's my lasting impression. Maybe, as happened on my visit, a member of the cast will come out to interact with visitors. Thanks, Roli. There is no admission fee, and there is no parking fee. The lot is small, and I hope you have GPS for finding it, but there should be a staff member directing traffic. There are more buildings than is apparent from watching the show, and a larger staff. Explains how it all gets done. The place has its own fabrication shop, for example.Have fun.
My husbands BMW K1200 broke down 5 miles out Vegas, on a SUNDAY, MIke got us a tow driver to get it to him on MONDAY, FIXED IT SAME DAY!!! I love this shop and the honesty and intergrity and helping a FREAKED OUT wife that was over 900 miles away so her husband can make it to NEW ORLEANS for our 12 Anniversary...GOD BLESS MIKE and HIS CREW!!!!!
Counts Custom ROCKS!!!! Everyone that works there are masters at what they do. Just wish I had the money for them to have there way on my 1968 Elcamino...
I rode out to Las Vegas, and my trusted steed, a 86' kawasaki voyager broke down, while I worked they went about fixing my bike, they seemed more than fair in their pricing,If you are looking for a smoke free atmosphere with salad greens, and bubbly, I would go somewhere else, if you are looking for guys with grease on them, and can work on any machine, and make it work again, this is the place, Mike and his guys are awesome, the quote they gave me was the final price. As far as towing, I had my road service tow it, I'm sure that if I had used theirs they would have charged for it. Life is not free, and I expect to pay for a service. Bottom line I would trust these guys with any of my bikes, by the way my bike runs better now than it did before!!!!
WOW! Let me tell you what happened; first thing is first. I have 97 Kawas Ninja 250 cc. I saw the review here and called them they fixed it and bring the bike back to me charged me $50 for towing and $200 for wiring and stuff. The next day they bike died completely and they towed it charged me $25 for one way towing (2.5 miles) from my home charged me $100 for service and sent me back with the bike. The next day the bike's headlight was off no lights took it back again waited there for about 4 hours and the light barely got fixed. The next day the bike doesn't show any light completely dead, they towed it and told me there was fuse problem and charged me about $60. The I rode back to home and picked up my notebook trying to ride it to school it turns on but getting weaker and weaker while running. All I noticed is the repair it for hoours and want me to go back them to give them my money. So rude service I have ever seen. Please if you wanna save your time and money as well, don't go here find another repair center that charges you reasonably.
Today I was blown away by the refreshing attitude of the staff at this business.I was out looking at motorcycles that have ABS, and Victory is one of them. To be honest, when I walked in the door, I was going to do a look and run. I was warmly welcomed, all questions answered, and when they did not know, they did not make up the answer, they asked each other. . . God,imagine that. When I told the sales person that I did not intend to buy, he did not pressure me. . . Even after I declined to give them my contact information, the attitude did not change. I do not know if I will buy a Victory yet, but if I do, it will be from these guys!
