You know, when you rent from a property management company, they kinda have you by the balls. Wether you like it or not.We rented a house from Silver State. We were there a year, paying our $2100/mo rent for our 3 bedroom house. Correct, not cheap by LV standards. We paid early every month, and were great tenants by any standard.Upon moving out, we had $450 taken out of our deposit to "clean up the yard" A yard that was in atrocious condition when we moved in, clearly neglected. We paid a ton to get it back into presentable shape, planted plants. It was better than when we moved in! Granted we moved out during a windy month, so there may have been leaves, but NOT $450 worth of leaves!!!But what is most annoying is you cannot do a thing about.They have you, and can take your money. You have no say!Ignoring the fact that we paid $1400 to clean up BLACK MOLD from the property, that they refused to do.Ignoring the fact that we paid to have stucco repaired and painted on the front of the house.Ignoring the fact that we paid to have the irrigation system repaired to work properly, even after repeated requests to fix it.Ignoring the fact that we paid to get the landscape lighting system up and working again.Ignoring the fact that we had to paint walls that when we moved in were red, orange, & green, bringing them back to a neutral palette.Ignoring the fact that the house was immaculate upon moving out, even though we had already pre-paid a $250. We rented a property managed by this company and had a somewhat satisfactory experience until we moved out. We were charged for damage repair that was clearly marked on the move-in inspection sheet. We were also charged for normal wear and tear work such as bathtub calking. Sunburst changed the final out inspection twice. When we questioned the final out inspection, Sunburst took our complaint and told us the owners had one year to respond then ignored our calls and it took months for us to get an answer. The property owners were micro mangers who sent unlicensed repair workers to perform plumbing and electrical repair on the house. A bathtub faucet was repaired however installed backwards. They tried to pass off a nine year-old dryer as brand new when we complained about the dryer not working properly. We had to insist that a new kitchen faucet be installed as the workers brought a beat up used looking fixture that didn't even match the kitchen hardware. We are working with a Housing Referral agent in Reno NV to resolve this issue.
My wife and I have worked directly with Calia and team for 10 years. We live in CA and rent out our home in Las Vegas. Im surprised by all the negative reviews from both homeowners and renters. Obviously I cant speak to the renter side, but i can tell you that Reiss Property Management team is on the ball with keeping things clean and updated for the tenant. While i don't enjoy seeing extra expenses on my monthly statement, I know that things are not left to rot and that our beloved home is in good hands. From a renters perspective this is what you want to hear. Homes in Vegas take a beating from the dry hot weather. When you rent from Reiss the home will always look presentable, fresh and things are fixed quite swiftly. In addition to keeping the house in presentable and working order (pool, landscape ect.) Calia will get involved when you are dealing with a HOA dispute or a issue with a neighbor.
I have used Robinson Property Management for a few years for my property. They immediately were able to screen and find me a good tenant. Their month to month handling of payments and disbursements were always communicated consistently with no problems. They contacted me whenever any issues arrived that needed my attention. Overall, I found the whole process very professional. My house was kept up very well and returned to me in the condition they received it. The team of Tammy and Stacy always got back to me in a reasonable time frame. They are great to work with and there knowledge of the current real estate and rental market always helped me make good decisions to keep my property rented. I will continue to use them in the future as I have no doubt that my interests are protected and are in good hands. I'd like to thank Michael and his team for a job "WELL DONE!!!"
Superior Service, Excellent Company is the only way to describe to Global Housing Management. We have been using them for over 2 years. When GHM Travel makes reservations for our company they only take a 1 night room and tax to hold the rooms. They have never charged us in full. In fact they they're the only company that actually gives us confirmation numbers. We have always had our rooms when we arrived at the hotels. GHM Travel's customer service department is by far the best in the industry. Our emails are always responded to; our calls to the company have always been taken by the correct person. If we have to make changes, these changes are confirmed via email and we receive our new Itinerary with the correct changes. I strongly recommend GHMTravel to anyone looking for a travel agency that cares about their clients.
EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Global Housing Management has been involved in the last 8 reservations we have made. Every time they have been extremely courteous, even though I know we make a lot of changes. Our company sends basically the same representatives to each convention and YES, sometime we do need to make that last minute change. GHM Travel has told us that they would try their best to make these changes, but sometimes it??s either too close to check in, or they??re no rooms available. Global Housing Management has gone above and beyond to get me the necessary rooms. They have a great customer service department that works extremely hard to get the job done. I have recommended them to our other Vendors and have heard only great news back. GHM Travel again is an EXCELLENT company.
We began looking for a retirement home in the Las Vegas area in 2010. I called Innovative Real Estate Solutions (IRES) based on a short sale listing, and a quick conversation with a lending agent. Meeting Brandy and her team was one of those "golden moments" that you look back on and for which you thank God. We have bought and sold a lot of homes in our life, so we know good real estate agents from poor ones. Brandy, and Russell Arnold, are world-class. We bid on several homes that we did not get, changed areas we wanted to look at repeatedly, and finally in 2013 we found "The One". And we are deliriously happy with it! Throughout the process, Russell and Brandy kept us up to date via web updates, email, and lots and lots of pictures. I highly recommend IRES to anyone!
Where do I begin? We were put in a tough position from our current landlord and had a limited time to decide whether to buy or rent a home. Brandy and her fabulous team stepped in to help. Not only did they provide us with ample homes to review, both renting and purchasing, but they followed up. The other important detail that we often don't find these days is they LISTENED to what we needed and made sure they did not waste our time. We decided to rent and found a home that we really liked, Brandy was able to negotiate my small dog, postpone a move-in date and get a fridge in the house!! I came to Las Vegas last year from California thinking I had a new home to move into, only to find myself without a place and a 26 ft truck on its way to be unloaded in my new home. I found an ad for a great place through Sellstate and met Mark and Alla in the office on a Wednesday. What a professional team at IRES! I did a short sale with them, I never wondered what was happening because they were in contact with me on a regular basis, I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. Communication is key and they know it! It was not an easy or a happy decision for me to make to short sell and with their awesome attitudes, mine soon changed and I began to look at the future and not at what I thought I was losing.Thank you Brandy and your awesome team for a wonderful experience at a not so pleasant time!
