Agreed with the previous posts. Very shady the way they conduct business. If you are involved with a HOA that has anything to do with this company stay away.
Wowwwwww, this company is extremely rude, especially Lindsey. I called as I was advised by one of their employees to speak to their management about resolving an issue with a property and this lady was completely out of pocket with her tone and approach with people. I couldn't even finish a sentence before she was on the defensive. I see they get a lot of complaints, I wonder why.... As a Director of Operations for a Local Las Vegas Business, I can tell you right now, STAY AWAY from this las vegas towing company. Whether you need a vehicle towed, or live in an HOA enforced property that has anything to do with this company, STAY AWAY!!!!!
Adam Is a pint size nit wit with a bad attitude and poor work ethic. He wasted my entire day due to poor customer service and lack of common sense. We were trying to back a rental that he wouldn't release to us without the company notarizing and sending an email to them. It took three hours and was completely unnecessary considering our name was on the rental agreement. I work in the service industry and the way he communicated with me is completely unacceptable. If you get adam. Ask for someone else
In a hurry, and late for a meeting this morning, I locked my keys in my car. To make things worse, I had to be at the airport by 8:45am... Called AAA and they told me a service provider would be sent. Bob arrived promptly, within 30 mins. He was quick, pleasant and professional... Today, Bob, you are my hero! Thank you!
They said half an hour and arrived in 25 min.. towed my van to tire shop.. dropped it off and were very nice ... price was definitely not cheap but sometimes u gotta accept it is what it is .. over all i wood definitely call them again
That fat bitch that works there is a waist. Highly rude, and stares down at you so you be the most uncomfortable pwrson there and then acts like we are the guetto ones.
I called at 1:30p for a tow, gave the address that the car is at and the address of where it needed to go. They told me $60 and that the tow truck would be here in half an hour. 45 minutes later, the truck driver calls and says he is here. I go out onto my street and he is nowhere to be found. I asked him if he was on my street (voiced the street name), and he replied, "no. Why am I over here??" Then he hung up! I called him back and he said he was at the address where the car needed to be dropped off? He said, Hold on, I have to check with him.." and hung up on me again. I called the dispatcher, and they told me that he went to the wrong address and was now on his way. 1.5 hours go by and I call the dispatcher again. This time they don't answer my call! It is 4:23pm, and still no tow truck. I give up! I have better things to do than waste my money and time on a company like this!
It's a good company I used to drive for the company Michael Russell Is a all right guy to work for give the company a call for your Towing needs you won't be displeased!!!
WORST SERVICE EVER. Broken promises and lie after lie after lie. The very worst part was the "customer service" ?? The "female" in the office told me she "DID NOT CARE WHEN MY VEHICLE ARRIVED TO MY DEALERSHIP". Shame on Anthony's Towing for allowing their employees to treat hard working people sooo rudely. GO ELSEWHERE PEOPLE. We work way too hard for our money to spend it where it is not appreciated. And to the "female" in the office, you need to find a job you like.
He's very professional & on time. I call him for help many times. I had 2 English bulldogs with me & he was patient with them & our situation. Trust me, it's not easy to tow a car with panicked dogs.. haha!
