Don is the epitomy of what a "caregiver" should be. On my first visit he actually examined me! A complete exam! He made eye contact, he spoke to me not at me. He gave me a chance to ask questions, he explained everything he was going to do and why. And he did something that really surprised me...he actually shows concern and compassion. And his staff professional courteous helpful and they actually remember your name. I don't think I ever waited more than 5 minutes with or without an appointment. Definitely everything a caregiver should be.

Office is clean.. Therapist are nice and great. However the front office girls are so rude & lazy. I have notice some of them on there cell phones. In one occasion a patient was asking for something and the receptionist told him she was busy ordering a shirt on line.I just couldn't believe what she said. The patient had no choice but to ask the other receptionist for help. She was very nice. Good thing I am not a patient, I was just waiting for my friend.
The name Healing Waters definitely has brought healing to my insides. Just finding out that I am allergic to gluten has been a difficult transition. I went to the Healing Water Institute to clean my outsides out of all the junk and processed food I digested. They made me feel comfortable and I not embarrassed. Thank you.
