This business is only getting one star. Because you can't give zero. I spent a lot of money and received nothing but headaches. Pants were tailored at the wrong length, orders weren't ready, confusion by staff, picked up a shirt that was permanently wrinkled with spots. I should've checked knowing how they do business. I called to tell about the situation and the woman who speaks broken English couldn't understand. So she puts on Kenneth Corley who ends up trying to be a bully on the phone. This is how they treat customers. They said the shirt is my problem. No refunds. I expected too much from this flawed company and staff. I will be spreading the word throughout my department and my friends throughout other departments. Not to go here for anything. Also anytime I went to this place. Customers had other issues. From wrong orders, wrong sizes, tailored incorrectly, etc. I will be posting his number and the texts/emails that went back and forth. You will see how they treat hard working Americans.
Really cute and trendy pieces that can go from work to play. This location is super tidy and attendants are very helpful. Nice decor as well. Store contains an exit to the side of the mall where you can catch a taxi.
I've been in a few times, and the staff is always nice and friendly! It's a very intimate personal experience going in to Fruition because they treat you very well, and try and get to know you so they can help you find a style you may like!The clothes in the store are all unique and a mix of vintage and the latest in fashion. A lot of the clothes are ahead of the trends as well. You won't find a better curated selection in Vegas to choose from.A great personal shopping experience, and I enjoy coming back always.
Service is horrible . I purchased almost $ 2,000 goods there during Christmas holiday for new house , and just wanted to return two items which is broken and value only $ 30, the manager asked so many questions about returning , the cashier looks like enjoying made a client in troubles ....very unfriendly store . Tj Maxx is good store , but Home goods service need to be improved.
Abysmal. This company is a complete scam, I bought a hat from them over two weeks ago, immediately contacted them and wanted my order canceled with a complete refund since they charged me more than the displayed price. That is false advertisement, they have refused to email be back other than a handful of emails saying that they are sorry and they are in the process of giving me a full refund, that was almost 2 weeks ago. I've called the phone number listed several times, emailed them several more times, and they have never responded to me, and I have never received a full refund yet! This place is a complete scam. Further research showed me that this company has a 94% unsatisfactory rating, never buy from this company! Never!
I visited H&M in Downtown Summerlin. The Customer service was horrible when I asked for help girl gave me an attitude like she didn't want to be bothered and when I purchased a turtleneck they placed in in a used H&M bag that had food or sand in it. I returned to the store when I noticed what they has done to return the turtleneck. They gave me dirty looks and a very bad attitude. I will never shop there again!!!!!!! I guess if they had brains they wouldn't be working there. H&M will never get another dollar from me.
My child caught scabies from a used bassinet purchased at this store. The owner rather than fixing the problem then went online and blasted me PERSONALLY. This issue effects the health and safety of the children in our community. Hopefully Gwen takes the time someday to do the right thing.
Gwen clearly has too much on her plate because the way she handles clients phone calls, and doesn't call return calls when she has gone thru them. Took over 2 weeks and when I called the first time she said "sorry I'm in the middle of my sale, let me call you back....not even a 30 second phone call and not a call back. I come into town bringing clothes to consign. So when I came back and dropped over 50 pieces of and finally got in contact with her she said your in-store credit is....she knows I am not a store credit I am trying to get rid of items, not bring more cross country. Also a saw a few of her "higher end" toys at target that were only $2 more. She was so excited to sell me on the toys in her store saying "they are great and very expensive this is a great deal". nothing but the best to her but I think she needs to slow down because she is in way over her head, and quite possible pick up a customer service book to help.
