You see, we're not like the majority of homeowners who dislike HOAs and complain about their HOA on a regular basis. In fact, the two times we have purchased homes, we made sure that we purchased them in communities that have HOAs. It sounds absurd, but a well managed HOA usually means you are a living in a neighborhood that is well maintained. Have you seen the communities that have a hundred broken down cars sitting in front of it with their weeds overgrowing into your own yard? Yes, those places usually don't have HOAs. Since our new home is a new build, we have to build our landscaping from ground up and that also meant having to deal with the HOA in a different capacity. A capacity that we have never dealt with before.TERRI made this process for us less stressful. There were times when I would call her wanting an update, and she could tell I was a bit anxious. She always calmed my nerves and never judged my impatience. She kept me informed and up to date, and she worked tirelessly to ensure that we had everything we needed.TERRI and Camco - thank you for being an amazing advocate for the HOA, the builder as well as us - the homeowner. We feel very comfortable having CAMCO as our HOA Management company, and we know that our HOA dues are going to an honest and customer service oriented association. We know that they will take great care of our community, so that we, as homeowners, will have a community that we can truly call ours. One that is beautiful, well maintained and like family.Thank you Camco. Thank you TERRI!
We rented a property managed by this company and had a somewhat satisfactory experience until we moved out. We were charged for damage repair that was clearly marked on the move-in inspection sheet. We were also charged for normal wear and tear work such as bathtub calking. Sunburst changed the final out inspection twice. When we questioned the final out inspection, Sunburst took our complaint and told us the owners had one year to respond then ignored our calls and it took months for us to get an answer. The property owners were micro mangers who sent unlicensed repair workers to perform plumbing and electrical repair on the house. A bathtub faucet was repaired however installed backwards. They tried to pass off a nine year-old dryer as brand new when we complained about the dryer not working properly. We had to insist that a new kitchen faucet be installed as the workers brought a beat up used looking fixture that didn't even match the kitchen hardware. We are working with a Housing Referral agent in Reno NV to resolve this issue.
I wanted some shrubs put in my front yard. I wasn't familiar with the process and contacted CAMCO. I spoke with Josefina Nemerosky on several occasions. She was both pleasant and approachable. She answered my questions swiftly and accurately. As stated before, I was not familiar with the process, so I emailed her on several occasions with questions, and each time she was very pleasant and answered my questions. She made me feel as if my home was a priority for her and CAMCO. That's what I call Customer Service and an HOA that is concerned about their residents' quality of comfort and lifestyle. CAMCO does not gouge us monetarily, nor do they "over police" us. They have orchestrated a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere where residents can actually live and breathe. It's a very pleasant environment, and other HOA boards and staff should take a page out of CAMCO's book. Kudos to Josefina, CAMCO, and the entire CAMCO Team!
My wife and I have worked directly with Calia and team for 10 years. We live in CA and rent out our home in Las Vegas. Im surprised by all the negative reviews from both homeowners and renters. Obviously I cant speak to the renter side, but i can tell you that Reiss Property Management team is on the ball with keeping things clean and updated for the tenant. While i don't enjoy seeing extra expenses on my monthly statement, I know that things are not left to rot and that our beloved home is in good hands. From a renters perspective this is what you want to hear. Homes in Vegas take a beating from the dry hot weather. When you rent from Reiss the home will always look presentable, fresh and things are fixed quite swiftly. In addition to keeping the house in presentable and working order (pool, landscape ect.) Calia will get involved when you are dealing with a HOA dispute or a issue with a neighbor.
I have used Robinson Property Management for a few years for my property. They immediately were able to screen and find me a good tenant. Their month to month handling of payments and disbursements were always communicated consistently with no problems. They contacted me whenever any issues arrived that needed my attention. Overall, I found the whole process very professional. My house was kept up very well and returned to me in the condition they received it. The team of Tammy and Stacy always got back to me in a reasonable time frame. They are great to work with and there knowledge of the current real estate and rental market always helped me make good decisions to keep my property rented. I will continue to use them in the future as I have no doubt that my interests are protected and are in good hands. I'd like to thank Michael and his team for a job "WELL DONE!!!"
Superior Service, Excellent Company is the only way to describe to Global Housing Management. We have been using them for over 2 years. When GHM Travel makes reservations for our company they only take a 1 night room and tax to hold the rooms. They have never charged us in full. In fact they they're the only company that actually gives us confirmation numbers. We have always had our rooms when we arrived at the hotels. GHM Travel's customer service department is by far the best in the industry. Our emails are always responded to; our calls to the company have always been taken by the correct person. If we have to make changes, these changes are confirmed via email and we receive our new Itinerary with the correct changes. I strongly recommend GHMTravel to anyone looking for a travel agency that cares about their clients.
EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Global Housing Management has been involved in the last 8 reservations we have made. Every time they have been extremely courteous, even though I know we make a lot of changes. Our company sends basically the same representatives to each convention and YES, sometime we do need to make that last minute change. GHM Travel has told us that they would try their best to make these changes, but sometimes it??s either too close to check in, or they??re no rooms available. Global Housing Management has gone above and beyond to get me the necessary rooms. They have a great customer service department that works extremely hard to get the job done. I have recommended them to our other Vendors and have heard only great news back. GHM Travel again is an EXCELLENT company.
This is easily one of the cleanest, well kept and quiet communities in SE Vegas. Have you viewed any of the others? Dumps. Reason is they let people there do whatever they want. Yes, there are rules & regulations at HSS and yes, they enforce them. That's why you live in a quiet and clean community. As for surveillance, lol, give me a break. The place is huge, streets upon streets. If the HOA at HSS truly can monitor everyone who lives there then my hat is off to them and they should work for the government. Live how you're supposed to live, pay your HOA fees, don't leave trash and garbage in front of your place and they'll leave you alone.
Mate, I live overseas and Desert Realty LV manages my investment properties. If it wasn't for team over at Desert Realty I'd be stressing all the time. They are a 1 stop shop from; billing to repair or if you need to evict some "non paying interloper- they got your back". To all you owners out there, this is a very experienced team of Realtors, property managers & repair men. They waste no time in turn around, excel in taking care of your investment and provide fiduciary so I can rest easy at night. -- -----Mike. M.
Bottom line the Secretary nevet submitted our app to the homeowner. She decided on her own that we were not fit for the house. And when my husband and i went.in to ask questions she had reenforcments via a realator from the back. Our relator friend called later on and she asked what was going on, she lied and said my husband has yelled and :got hostile with her. Which was a bold faced lie. Its sad to say that racism is in full effect at this company. If you are looking to be treated like a person an indivual
