This is by far the worst phone fix company. Originally trying to charge me over 100 dollars to fix a broken iphone 6s and then dropped it down to 80 got my phone fixed literally less than 24 hrs the phone breaks. I havent done anything physically wrong to this phone for it to break my screen wasnt even placed right i had to push it down myself , they make you pay high rates for cheap glass. I dont not wright reviews at all but Im letting EVERYONE know this company cheats you out your money DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME. and they try to charge me 40 dollars one simple crack . That dont you think was technically their fault ? I repeat do not go here. They warranty suck and so does there work !

Even up to a year or so ago the Warranty work was always good. Unfortunately that is not the case anymore. We have been Sears customers for over 30 years. We have a maintenance agreement that covers parts and labor in all of our appliances. Prior to this last visit the repair man did pm on the washer and dryer. It is a front loader. We complained about the boot turning black. He ordered a new part that we received but never opened because of emergency medical condition. Finally recovered enough to start getting things fixed again. Called Sears and they sent a PM repairman. He checked everything and mentioned the boot, which is very obvious and moldy looking. He said the problem was ours and that there was no way we were properly taking care of the machine. We showed him the soap we were using, and he said it was good. We told him that we use Vinegar in the rinse. He said "no problem"! He asked if we used a machine cleaner. We showed him the Tide machine cleaner. He didn't like it and said we should have used a different product. He said repeatedly that we didn't clean the machine or wipe it down. It is an LG. We drain it often. My wife wipes the seal/boot after every use. She frequently use machine cleaner. Then to have this guy tell us that whatever the problem is, it is our problem. I finally opened the box to show him the boot/seal that Sears had sent. Thenwe found out that it was the wrong part anyway. The repair guy said that there wasn't a thing he could do anyway and implied that we were SOL.. He did say that if Sears would give us the he part, they would install it. I asked if he could order the part and he said "no". After he left, I called Sears Parts and they looked up the part number and my account. The affirmed that it was covered on the maintenance agreement and sent the part, which I received yesterday. Now I have to get ahold of Sears and see if they will install it.

This company is a rip off. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau as of 8/2/17.They came out to look at an A/C on my rental unit and gave me a outrageous estimate of $750 to replace two capacitors and a condenser fan motor. No, thanks I'll get a 2nd opinion.Turns out I needed a run capacitor and a start kit for $430.Nothing wrong with the condenser motor or capacitor.I think they just give outlandish quotes so they can take your service call fee of $60.Call anyone else!
I'll give it to you straight and simple: I will NEVER purchase another appliance from Sears because they don't live up to their standards like they use to. We had a warranty on a 50 gal water heater that went out. They did not have one in stock, and said we had to wait about 6 days because it was being shipped from God knows where. So, we had to settle for a 40 gal water tank. Being seniors, we just couldn't be without hot water for 6 or so days. They did not live up to their warranty. Why should we have to settle for a lesser appliance than what we originally paid for? Not having appliances in stock for replacement purposes is a clear indication that they are in trouble. What good is a warranty? AND they certainly are not cheap. We are third generation Sears customers; my dad retired from Sears. If he were alive, he would be very sad to see what has happened to his beloved Sears. We have other appliance warranties, but will NOT be renewing.
I hired Sears to repair my gas dryer. The appointment online was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were able to find an appointment to fit my schedule. The tech was able to diagnose the problem within two minutes and direct me to the person I needed to effectuate the repairs. Additionally, he showed me a trick to confirm whether the repair had indeed been fixed. He was honest, reliable, trustworthy, accurate, on time, and efficient. Initially, I hired another company because I thought Sears would be more expensive. Was I wrong! The other company charged more and failed to fix the problem. I won't make this mistake again. Go straight to Sears to get the job done right the first time and get back to your life. I highly recommend them!
The Union plumber Ryan can out to install a new 75 gallon hot water heater. In the process, he charged me for an additional worker a fee of $110, he charged me $139 to remove and re-install my existing recirculation pump, which he broke when re-installing the pump. He said it was old and needed to be replaced for $500 extra. He returned and disconnected my pump so it doesn't work.I have filed three complaints (18191,18193 and 18426) with Sears and recently a damage complaint 253736.Nothing has been resolved with Sear's contract plumbers Union.What happen to the saying if you broke something you are held responsible to repair it. I have had Sears maintenance contracts for over ten years and until now have been extremely satisfied. Union plumbing some be fired They are not customer oriented.
I came in to this store believeing that it would be better than my previous carrier. IS WAS NOT!! I bought a galexy s7 edge and notice that I could not use my data while in a call, I was never inform of this when I bought this device. After three days I decided to return the device and get my money back. That was when my whole nightmare started. I had to pay to return my phone (fees) really? I was told I would receive my money in the form of a check in the mail within 6 weeks. After 4-5 weeks I called just to make sure they had the correct address and they supposably did. I waited another 3 weeks and still no check in my mail box. I called customer service to see what was going on. They said I needed to wait a bit longer. So I did. After 2 months NOTHING. I called customer service once AGAIN they transfer me to all thier departments with no solution. I decided to come in to this store as my last hope of getting this figured out and talked to the manager (nick). He seemed to understand my frustration and tried to help me out. After long explanations I was told that everything was gonna be fixed and I that I could leave and expect a call within 24hours to update me with my case. I had to come in once again into the store after two days waiting for a call that never happened. No one should go through this frustration to get thier own money back. I've never thought I would ever had to go through this with SPRINT. Worst service ever. Today (12-30-2016) I was filed an OASIS report to finally get my money back within 3 business days. I hope I don't have to wait any longer again because I will be very disappointed with SPRINT. Fri, December 30
I work for the DOD and these crooks and liars took my new 1 plus 1 phone I got from china and replaced with and old one and didn't think I wouldn't know the difference. I have file complaints with the NV police, FBI and FTC is aware of this matter and will be looking at these companies.I was looking to move from AT &T to metro pcs to have unlimited text, data and talk. So I went to Unlimited Wireless Corps Metro pcs/T-Mobile at Maryland pkwy & Sahara Las Vegas nv.89169 PH-702-650-2400 the sale reps name is Account# 31648 /Emp id-Jorge and a Sam at wireless toys BEWARE THEY ARE THIEF'S!!!! 3480 Spring Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89102 Cross Streets: Between Polaris. I didn't know this at the time the phone was activated because he stated to me that the phone didn't see their network that was a lie. Because the phone number had changed from the AT&T number to the Metro Pcs/ T-Mobile number (or a number he put in the phone) but I told him I want to keep my old number. He stated he didn't know why the number changed after he enter my information he would need to reboot the phone and that should change the number back. But he kept telling me the phone couldn't connect to T-Mobile network. He would have to call Sam and sent me to Sam at wireless toys to troubleshoot the phone after this I would never see my phone again. PEOPLE BEAWRE!!!! Not sure if T-Mobile is aware of how their name is getting dragged through the mud.... THIEF'S!!!! YES THIEF'S!!!! AND I'M GONNA TELL ANY AND EVERYONE ABOUT THESES GUYS AND THESE COMPANIES. EVERY FACEBOOK, TWITTER, ANYWHERE I CAN POST THIS STORY. This is to just let people beware of these places they are scam artist and are stealing phones/personal data and identities. I would not have put this in on the bbb website. But to do this just to get a phone. I DONT GET IT. And this just happen. I will get another phone that's not the problem. But I will not!!! Repeat will not!!! Be going to metro pc or T-Mobile ever!!! And I will tell all my friends and family and at the DOD co-workers about this experience that has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Our technician was terrific. He came at the top of the hour and was quick to diagnose and fix. We asked to have the dryer cleaned of lint and we would not have known if it needed it or not...he said no and we were not charged. Honest, fair and quick. Very very happy!
