Bob at Pro-Action of Nevada has done all of my suspension work for the past 5 years, and has handled 3 different bikes for me. The suspension always does exactly what I need it to, whether it's been setups for MX, Desert, Grand Prix, or Dual Sport. I moved to Arkansas and I still send my suspension to Pro-Action NV because I know I can trust Bob to get it right every time.
The owner is a liar and rude. You cannot trust him to keep a deal. I made a agreement on a price with him and traveling there he would not honor the agreement. It was a total waste of time and money. Wish I read reviews before going there. You would do well to stay away.
I thought this shop would actually be a loyal place I could trust my bike. Unfortunately I was completely wrong about that. After Sam's guys replaced my jet kit in my 250, I have a worse oil leak. Now that I've got the filter and seals to do my oil change I find that someone there loosened my drain plug to the point of I rode it any more I could have lost my plug and seized my engine my buddy and I rebuilt. Not only that, I never had a whole I'm in my gas tank until they touched my bike. Aside from needing a jet kit, my bike was 100% running after my friend and I rebuilt the motor and put in brand new parts. All Sam wanted was my money and for me to keep spending money I didn't have at his shop for services. Telling me if I don't spend $200 to have my valves adjusted my bike won't run right. Nothing but problems with this shop and other than my buddy and I fixing it together Sam's shop was the only other person to touch my bike and while I could be there to watch. Shady, lying, thieves
Purchased my bear50 about 4 years ago. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Any problems I have come across (Not doing routine maintenance and bustin belts lol), they took care of it. I know I purchased a China, but thanks to these good people for knowledge and help these can be a great commuter vehicle. Free oil change, Very friendly and the mechanic gave my dog a bag of beggggggin (bacon) strips. Good look! Faithy says thanks. Trust is earned not mandatory, I'll be back thanks for your time. F.
Very helpful they know what theyre doing and it was a overall good experience there got my scooter fixed and theyre very knowledgable
They have a lot of cool things in here. Clean and friendly employees! Prices are not to bad either!!
I was rather dissapointed. Simply because the work done was not the problem, or lack thereof, but the exuberant overpricing. I have a brand new set of suspension for a ktm 300 that I brought there because I had a leaky shock seal and a slight leak in the left fork. I assume the fork seals were fine since I have virtually zero hours on them but I decided to change them out while there. So I drove up to vegas from bullhead city Arizona and dropped them off personally. I was told by the owner Bob that I would need to order a new bladder system as apparently the shop does not have the appropriate tools to service this. I agreed to this as I was already there and just wanted to ride. I gave instructions to mount said reservoir which was $140, and to change the shock seal and the fork seals. 2 weeks later my suspension was ready. I drove back to vegas and the price tag was a ridiculous $446. That's right. Apparently I paid for brand new suspension to be rebuilt. Save $, go 2 Pro Circuit
The Best place to purchase your moped. Excellent mechanics and the lowest prices in town.I bought my moped at Ryde Wit Me scooters 2 years ago and she is still running great!

Whether you are a fan of the show or not (and I hope you are), this is a nice side trip. You will see projects from the show (which change, apparently...hmmm...seems like an excuse for multiple trips). You can purchase souvenirs for yourself, as bragging rights, or to take to a fan (I think you can do that on-line, also, if you just can't make it to Count's). More importantly to me, you can see for yourself that the staff is just as nice in person as you imagined they might be. It's a really nice group of people. That's my lasting impression. Maybe, as happened on my visit, a member of the cast will come out to interact with visitors. Thanks, Roli. There is no admission fee, and there is no parking fee. The lot is small, and I hope you have GPS for finding it, but there should be a staff member directing traffic. There are more buildings than is apparent from watching the show, and a larger staff. Explains how it all gets done. The place has its own fabrication shop, for example.Have fun.
