If you are in need of a honest professional Tv repairman, I wholeheartily recommend Ben's Tv. I called him on a Saturday and explained the problem I was having with my Samsung Tv. He came out that day free of charge to estimate the repair cost I would incur. Unfortunately, he said it would cost more to repair than whats it worth or what you could buy one these days. I thanked him and he left. Monday, I asked him if he would come out and help me set up my new Tv and connect it to my cable company which he did. I gave him my old tv which he said he was going to try ti repair it and give it to his granddaughter. Again, I don't think you can go wrong by calling Ben's TV.Ron P Henderson, NV

Outstanding Service!! I got walk-in service for my LCD TV that wouldn't turn on. He took off the back of the TV and found the problem in seconds. He replaced the part. I was out of there in less than an hour. fair price. Can't say enough good things about this television repair shop. I will definitely be back for all my TV repair needs and I'm recommending it to my friends.
We used Picture Perfect for the first time on April 1, 2014. Dave was on time for our appt. He serviced all three of our DVD players and TV's. I was very impressed with the service and Dave. He was very personable and knowledgable. I will not hesitate to call him in the future for any necessary repairs. I also found his charge for the housecall to Summerlin quite reasonable.
great company. awesome service. legit prices. professional people.

I am sure this company is a scam. I first called them off the web because they "specialize" in my rare rear projection Mitsubishi. At first they tell me they need to order the part and ask for a $300 deposit. That was September. I tried calling often, but they never returned my messages. Then Jin, the owner, mysteriously called me from a new number in November, apologizing and told me the part isn't made anymore so he'll have to actually fix it. He comes over 2 months later and actually takes the part out of my TV. It is now June. None of the phones work and I am reading alot of bad crap about them on the web . I then go to the address listed, and it's a 7-11 ! ! ! So I try calling one of the numbers again I have stored, and a man with an asian accent answers and tells me I have the wrong number.
