The unwillingness to help people at this store does not reflect well on Apple. I brought my iPhone6 in for a Genius Bar appt. The screen was unresponsive. Touching the screen yielded no response from the phone. They ran all their diagnostics and the phone passed every hardware test. They restored the phone to new ( a process i told them I had tried less than 24 hours earlier...). Same issue. Their final answer?..."I guess it's time to buy a new phone". They had no interest in helping me fix the phone, which was functioning perfectly fine until the ios 11 update...They simply blamed Apple for releasing an operating system that "wasn't optimized" for an iPhone6. The manager, Josh Jordan, shrugged his shoulders and agreed with his employee that Apple was to blame and they could not help me. Wow.
A fairly new business. They are still putting things together as far as there online store. You could say its under construction but if you cant find what you are looking for they will send you a catalog and/or tell them what you want and they will find it for you. Good honest people.
Buyers beware !!!! The Fry's circular that they send out that shows items at prices that seem to be much lower than everybody else's are refurbished. Case in point, I bought a Dyson handheld vacuum and had an issue with it only for Dyson to tell me there's no warranty on this because it was a refurbished item. This was a vacuum that I was led to believe was brand new. I went in today to purchase a Dyson upright vacuum that they also had advertised for half the price of anybody else and when it came out on a brown box I asked them is this refurbished and they said yes it was and even though the ad did not disclose that or their website disclose that. Their comeback was we just got these so this item is new to us so therefore it is a brand new item. When I explain that that's false advertising the manager Alli Blessilda basically said too bad and really could have cared less. I am a car dealer and know that you have to follow strict FTC guidelines in your advertising but it's clear to me that Fry's does not care because they have the attitude they're too big to fail. Best Buy had that attitude for a long time and was nearly in bankruptcy but change their ways. I will be filing a complaint and showing both adds to the FTC and the attorney general and let them take care of this because although Fry's may think this is great practice and screw the customer I feel it is not.
Purchased two solar chargers from this company and both failed within months of purchase. They have not replied to any messages regarding product warranty. Do not buy from this company.
The ABSOLUTE worst service of any retail establishment you will ever deal with. I ordered a carpet cleaner online. After the 1 1/2 weeks of shipping it is in this store --- yet they refuse to send a pick up notice. Phone calls go unanswered, out you are placed on hold until you just give up. Visit Target 1 block south or ANY other retailer and save yourself the headache.
Sell iPhone Las Vegas is the best place to sell your used iPhone in Las Vegas. Abe the owner was super helpful, fair and friendly with me. I called the number listed and he made an offer. He even pick up my phone. Sweet deals and highly recommended.
These people left me on the phone unanswered for over 35 minutes, I understand they get busy, but they could've at least checked.
SCAM ALERT - Buyer BEWARE. They get you into the store/kiosk by offering you a free screen protector. Shortly after this, is when the Smoke & Mirrors comes into play.LIE #1 - They claim that all of their products are iPhone compatible. We got the iPhone Case Chargers, after they said that they were compatible with the iPhone 6 Plus, and they were not. The cord chargers were also not compatible. Same goes for the Solar Chargers, as well.LIE #2 - That their headphones are Bose quality. This is where the Bait-N-Switch happened to us. The set of headphones that they let us try were of very good sound quality and we were sold on this quality. However, after getting three 'new' sets in their original boxes, we took them to our hotel and started using them. This is where we quickly found out that the quality was totally different from the set we tried on at the store.LIE #3 - We can return these items if we are not happy with them. This is where everyone needs to pay very close ATTENTION... at the bottom of the receipt it states: NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGES ONLY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Well, the problem here was that the guy doing the scam on us had conveniently folded the bottom of the receipt that I signed to cover up their sales policy. This company - The Source Electronics - needs to be shut down by every Hotel that rents them space. I've reported them to the BBB and to my credit card company. Next step is to contact the hotels that they are in to make them aware of the SCAM TACTICS that this company uses to sell their garbage quality products. So, now you have all been warned about this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!
SCAM ALERT - I recently walkend into the Source Electronics shop @ Las Vegas' Venetian and have been welcomed by a young, friendly guy. I was looking for some good headphones and he recommended me the "Bzkazy" (???), stating they are the finest headphones around. After spending a lot of time to show me how they perfectly connect with a regular iPhone (!!!), he said their price tag was $299,00. I was about to walk out, when he came over me saying a guy just bought 3 of them and had some discount left for my benefit: $150,00 should have been my deal of the day for those awesome headphones. Plus, a free plastic protection for my iPhone. Moreover, he connected his mobile phone to the amazon.com browser to show me the same item sold at $499,00. I felt those headphones were cheap, anyway. After some time I checked on the internet and it seems "Bzkazy" doesn't exist at all, anywhere. I tried to type "bluetooth headphones" on Amazon and say very similar models sold at $19,90. That was a catch and I can barely believe such a swindler could deliberately cheat people inside one of the most famous mall in the world. Be careful!
